It was your standard Wendy's! Food was hot and delicious. I used the app and ordered ahead, which is definitely the way to go anywhere that has an app. My burger was dang good!

7:30 on a Saturday night and no one is working the register, kiosk order only. No greeting when you walk in or anything, just casual conversation at the grill/fry station. Not understaffed, at least 6 people working.

The people serving us were high out of their mind and they made my friend stand at the counter for 20 minutes almost completely ignoring her. She politely asked for help and they said “give me a minute” and never came back. They also messed up two orders. It was absolutely abhorrent the way my friend was completely ignored. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be waiting for your food for hours if you want to pay in cash. No awareness and no service. Usually, I am so understanding of service workers because I get the job is hard, but this is ridiculous.

I love Wendy's, put the chili is watery and runny and doesn't even have many beans or beef, and the saddest thing I think is the corporation must be struggling because it's clear they don't care about their workers or treat them very well and they're always understaffed or the store layout is wrong but they try! It's like the corporation just comes up with new campaigns and doesn't even know what kind of equipment or or Arrangements the stores are in just so sad I hope Wendy's doesn't go out of business!

Make sure you fill your gas tank before you have to sit in this drive thru. Load up your audio book and prepare to wait for the incorrect order. 40 minutes for 4 items. Two of four are incorrect. Not even accounting for the rude staff.

Stopped here at 3pm on Saturday to grab a quick burger before hitting the gym and left almost immediately because of the rancid smell in the lobby. The smell wasn't really surprising considering that ALL the trash cans were overflowing and there was trash all over the floor. Generally I like Wendy's as a fast food choice as compared to others for the quality of food, but any establishment that doesn't care about cleanliness in the seating area probably has issues where the food is being prepared as well and I didn't feel like getting sick. Looked like a bunch of kids running the place. Disappointing because this used to be a decent fast food option near the Mall. Went to McD's which was MUCH cleaner. Dave Thomas would be appalled. Get it together Wendy's and fire whoever was in charge today. Pathetic.

Went to south portland.there was trash under tables.entire floor was sticky and something leaked around the entire restaurant.two soda machines one had no ice used the other one it had no flavors so went back to the other machine.ketchup dispencers both empty.asked for only ketchup on my double burger they put it on and scraped it off.fries are never hot but barely warm.this goes for the toosam wendys to never any ketchup flsvors empty.they replaced the entire staff and it still sucks.what happened to my favorite place to eat it so bad now.the male mgr at westbrook is a jerk ill never go back to westbrook.

I visited Wendy’s recently in South Portland, Maine. The dining room was filthy the windows. I don’t think they’ve been cleaned in years. The tables were sticky and dirty as well as the floors. I can’t rate the food because the atmosphere ruined the dining experience. I honestly don’t think that dining room has been cleaned thoroughly in five years. It was absolutely disgusting

Took our family of 4 for dinner on the way home from an activity on a Sunday. Waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes for our food, manager was pleasant and apologetic, but when we got home every. single. one. of our orders was messed up! These were not complicated orders - no onions on one, hamburger not cheeseburger for another, etc. I know they were understaffed but we were already waiting - please take 10 seconds to make sure the order is correct!
