Extremely rude manager was picking up an order. I was about five or 6 feet away. He seemed confused about the order. I showed it to him and he said hey whoa don’t shove it in my face and again I was greater than 5 feet away extremely rude.

Only got a star because you had too . So it's 10:45 am drive through has no cars or very few cars stood at the front end 10 mins while a manager and at least 3 other employees looked at me . No help offered , No I will be right with you , ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!!!! What the hell is going Noone wants to work.

If you want to age 90years while you wait in drive thru then this is the location for you! The LONGEST wait times for a Wendy’s drivethru in the ENTIRE STATE! I swear I wish I was kidding. If the employees got off their phones and worked it might actually improve but the two out of three employees in the entire store location couldn’t stay off their cellphones for even a whole minute and trust after a while I started to see how long they’d go (cause what else am I to do while waiting for food I order 40 minutes ago!) if the location was packed busy, it was in the middle of rush hour, being next to an airport I could see how that would be more suiting, however at 8pm with an empty lobby (except maybe one or two people) and only two other cars in drivethru. SMH Food was cold greasy and just thrown together, it was a complete mess. I’m not one to review places unless I’ve experienced MULTIPLE REPEATED bad experiences or I’m very thoroughly impressed with a place. I’ve worked food industry for many different companies over the last 12years almost and NEVER would that be acceptable!

Went here on a Friday night on my birthday to get just a frosty. Granted it was 10 minutes before close. She told me unfortunately if you are not doordash I cannot take your order. I told her we just wanted a few frostys & she proceeded to hand me some warm chocolate milk mixture. Wow.... just wow.

Only really gave it a chance again after a few years away due to the shenanigans by "the clown" and honestly was not disappointed. If the worst thing you get is exactly what you've paid for, that's not a bad day.
Drive thru took over ten mins to get thru, then my fries were under cooked, yuck!

I pulled in to the drive thru with only one car ahead of me, who was at the microphone waiting to place their order. Between pulling in and driving off, I waited 30+ minutes. The girl taking the orders was the only one wearing anything resembling something appropriate for being near food. When we were finally able to pull up to the window, the guy who gave us our food had long hair not tied back and wearing a sleep shirt. There were 3 girls preparing the food who had their hair down to their butts and not even tried to tie it back, wearing sweatpants and a zip up. It truly looked like people came in off the street and decided to clock in. horrible wait times and apparent code violations
