I hadn't been here since it's earliest days, when it mainly sold pizza. I prefer the Little Notch pizza, so just didn't go in. Finally went back and it was great, so we went back again. The pizza has been replaced with some excellent food. The chef is talented, uses quality ingredients, and pays attention to detail. We were a bit apprehensive of this restaurant at first because of the limited menu options. Well, let me tell you how WRONG we were. After a long journey, we were greeted by extremely welcoming and friendly staff. They didn’t have an open table at first, but we were offered yummy cocktails and a cozy bar area while we waited. We stopped in late for dinner and drinks after a long day on the road and it was an experience that changed our whole day in the best way possible. Even though tables weren’t immediately available, the staff was friendly and showed us to a bar top and served wonderful cocktails and beers.
