This place is so clearly a labor of love. Our fantastic server was kind and thoughtful and really made it feel like we were regulars. It’s the kind of place that feels like- and I think is!- as if your best cook friend has invited you over for a 3 course meal. Yes, they turn folks away with bar seats open! Yes, they have a limited seating capacity! It’s a bartender, a server and ONE chef/owner. Expect a little wait (with delicious bread to tide you over) and yummy food.
The best food we had in Acadia. Never knew you could get such spectacular food and service from a locally-sourced establishment. When we were there, we had bisque from foraged mushrooms, homemade potato gnocchi, and the best scallops ever. We were a walk-in party and got there right when they opened, which I recommend if you don’t have a reservation because they get busy!

It was ASTOUNDING!!!! It was my wife’s and my privilege to eat at such a true restaurant. The setting/ambience is very chill and comfortable. Our server was impressive as she was solo and had a decent number of tables to care for. She kept us feeling like we were no bother to take care of and didn’t have the need to fawn all over...
