i love this aroma joes!! however the past three times i’ve ordered a bagel, it doesn’t come in a foil bag and is instead just thrown in a bagel bag which then causes it to be cold by the time i get home!! i’ve worked at an aromas joes and i’ve done all the trainings and i’ve been told things such as i’m unable to pay half cash/half card, or that they aren’t allowed to put cream cheese on a bagel they are serving… some of those trainings aren’t followed well at...
I loved this location until recently, Jenna is very rude and disrespectful. Constantly rolls her eyes and breaths heavy if you ask any questions etc. Went to the next window she followed knowing this isn't my first awful experience with her while I asked for management Information. Won't be back here any time.
This is the best coffee shop in the area. We love aroma joes! We love the excellent service. I have never had a bad coffee here and I buy a lot of coffee out. Our dogs love getting pup cups! Thank you fr the excellent service and excellent iced coffee!
