Went in there to grab a quick coffee, and waited about 10 minutes while the lady in front of me was getting donuts. She kept switching back and forth about what donuts she as going to get, and the employee gave her them in a box, then she came back and wanted to switch some out. They had two registers, and the customer had already paid. At least get the employee who wasn’t doing anything to quickly take an order from other people waiting. i know there is a shortage of workers but i got a dozen donuts and the woman who took my order just filled the box as i asked for one of everything and handed me the box. there was no customer care if life is that bad there is plenty of other jobs in this wild world no need to pass on a bad attitude to the rest of the world especially when the person is polite and respectful !

Give these guys a break, they're doing the best they can. They get super busy and are typically understaffed. ? Stressed but friendly if you're patient with them! Kindness begets kindness.
