Cold water was great. They have both hardshell and softshell available, among their other seafood. While you're there, pick up some of their smoked muscles. We had zesty Italian, you can try a sample, and see which ones you prefer.

Bought a couple of 2 lb. lobsters at the Belfast farmer’s market today. The price was great and the quality incredible. Super sweet and delicious. We were careful not to overcook and every bit was tender and delicious. Absolutely recommend.
