We popped down to Thomaston expressly to have dinner here on a Thursday evening a couple weeks ago and it was a lovely experience. Well worth the 45 min drive. The Carriage House is a lovely setting for a date night, with delicious pizza options, great drinks and a warm, welcoming vibe.

1000% Amazing! Not sure why it took me so long to visit the Carriage House (I've been a many-times-over beneficiary of Jess's delicioso woodfire pizzas for years), but I finally had lunch there on Sunday and was blown away on many levels - see below. Please go and treat yourself to some delicious food - either there (highly recommend) or for takeaway.

We’ve been hearing about The Uproot Pie Co. from friends over the past year, and driving by many times and decided tonight is the night. We had no idea what to expect and delighted when we opened the door. It’s very welcoming with a warn friendly atmosphere.
