My wife and I were looking for nice breakfast in Topsham, and we found the Blueberries website. The photos and menu looked great, but when we arrived, we found nothing that resembled the photos with a large dining area. We walked in, and were instructed to choose food items from a menu on the wall, that didn’t look like the menu on the website, with very little to select from. Maybe the food is good, but we were so disappointed and confused that we left to find breakfast elsewhere. Please explain. Did the restaurant change from what is on the website??Update: Thank you for clarifying why what I found on Google was so different from what the restaurant is today. I understand that business had to change significantly due to Covid just to survive see how the Google information is your control. I had always thought that the information online was posted by the business to advertise.Although it may be frustrating on you part to get poor reviews, each review reflects the customer’s experience so that others can read before visiting a business. My low rating was based on high expectations from 5 star reviews, pictures, and dine in menus, so I don’t mind warning others that Blueberries, although great for some, is not what Google is showing. My review was based on atmosphere and service. We walked through the doors and were welcomed by someone pointing around a corner, giving extremely brief instructions, and disappearing before being able to process what and why the disconnect between expectations and reality.I have spent more time reading other reviews for your restaurant and believe that you are provided great food. Typically, I change my past reviews when there is a misunderstanding or when the issue is resolved, but I think that my rating stands.Happy New Year!

I finally got the chance to revisit after a long anticipated return. Although many things have changed since 2019, the Blueberry Sunrise breakfast is still as good as I remembered ?. They have stayed strong through the times and have perseved with timeless goodness. All the best, may God bless you always ?

Although a bit pricey, $75 for 3 breakfast sandwiches and a cinnamon bun, it was DELICIOUS! We got the Reuben sandwich, the breakfast sandwich with a fresh biscuit and peach jam and the cinnamon bun. The cinnamon bun was huge and soooo good! The peach jam was amazing. What a great meal!

Not open for eat in dining. Ended up going elsewhere. This used to be our favorite place before it became primarily take out.

We shared the pancake sandwich and the blueberry tops sandwich. Both were very yummy! Service was top notch.

Popped in for coffee and some baked goods for breakfast, but couldn't pass up the corned beef breakfast sandwiches/wraps. The breakfast Reuben is the way to go! Super friendly service too.

My recent visit to this local cafe left me a bit disappointed. The pictures online are outdated, and significant changes have been made, resulting in a much smaller and less welcoming space. The cozy atmosphere I expected wasn't there.Furthermore, I was disheartened to find that the menu had changed, and they no longer offered blueberry pancakes, a personal favorite. The coffee, to my dismay, tasted burnt and was far from satisfying. In conclusion, I would not recommend this cafe for a sit-down dining experience. It seems better suited for a quick grab-and-go option. It's unfortunate to see the decline in what appeared to be a charming spot.

I didn't expect what I got here and I think that's a good thing. I wanted breakfast, and so I was expecting bakery items, and maybe pancakes or waffles, and egg dishes including omelets and maybe something like benedict. The menu offered something's that included the items above but in my mind's eye they were not arranged or served like what I got. I wanted egg, a meat, and a blueberry muffin. All of those items were part of a egg and bacon served on blueberry muffin tops. Interesting! Well, when in Rome..... so I ordered it and asked for the muffin on the side. I was imagining that the eggs and bacon might be served separately as well, you know, three distinct items on a plate. When it arrived it was wrapped in foil even though we were seated and planning to eat there. I unwrapped the package and there it was a sandwich: an egg with bacon mixed in all piled on top of a blueberry muffin top with another muffin to complete the top of the sandwich. Not at all what I expected. Here I must say that at first I was disappointed, but after I began eating, my disappointment disappeared and was relaxed with delight. The sandwich had the egg for protein, the savory of the bacon and the sweet of the blueberry muffin. So I left knowing that not meeting my expectations is a good thing! My husband had the Blueberry lemon French toast---way out of his culinary comfort zone and he liked it very much. Let Blueberry's surprise you too!

I had one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever consumed here. The staff were friendly, my drink was out super quick , and the food shortly thereafter. The restaurant is tucked in near Seadogs and the view of the river from their lil sitting area is superb. 10/10 recommend!

Drove from Lewiston, on a whim. SO WORTH IT! Wasn't crazy busy. Small menu is not overwhelming and YOU WILL want to try everything! The portions are perfect! The food is delicious and fresh. The biscuits are perfect, crispy outside, soft and buttery inside. So good. The Stagg is top notch! Welcoming and let's you know where the menu is and how to order. The cookies and pastries look delicious. I will be back and soon and telling everyone I know.
