Just came back from CANTRELL‘s out of Topsham,Maine we ordered them and went and picked them up. She put the fish on the bottom and the lobster on top in a bag so they everything was all soaking wet for one thing and one of the love is how they move and then when he got home. It’s dead so I called him up. They said well we don’t let anything leave that place unless it’s alive. I said it probably was died already and they won’t do nothing about it so I will never go back to this place in Topsham,Maine

I've been going to topsham location since they opened. This is the second time and last time I've gone there asked for lobsters cooked gave them a 5 hr notice and they act like it's a major inconvenience. Just say I can't do it instead of whining and making an excuse. If you have employees that lack brain capacity keep them out back that simple. ones that can deal with customers up front. I came in there with a polite attitude left there mad because it's the second time I've made this request and treated like an inconvenience after making a $180 purchase. Customer service stinks im done with this place for good. Owner is a great guy hard worker but there is plenty of places around to get great seafood do yourself a favor bypass cantrells

Last trip was the last time I will deal with the driver of the Oxford Truck. On multiple occasions he has quoted me prices $10 above the Facebook post. 8/2/25 planning to order 10 lbs steamers for $70, bucket of scallop $160 and $70 worth of other items. He said he only had 7 lbs and when I asked if I could get those for $7 lb he acted like it was beneath him. Asked how much for bucket scallops $170. I walked away, I'm sorry but today's climate doesn't allow me to add $10 to each item so he can in my opinion pocket the extra cash. Spent avg of $300-500 month sadly no more. Will stay in Bethel at High lo seafood truck. To the family I am sorry but this man doesn't appreciate the job he has. When so many have none!!!

Called morning of for six steamed jumbos and picked them up at 5 pm - no issues and the lobster was amazing. Call 30 minutes before pickup to verify exact time they’ll be ready (they get busy and the steaming is a favor, not a revenue source!) We have been cooking every year and have never had an order missed.
Placed an order in person and followed up with an email and two phone calls including day of call. Went to pick up the order for steamed lobster for our family 4th of July celebration and they did not have our order. When asked if they would please steam the lobster they said they could not. So much for trying to support a local business. Very disappointed. We won’t be back.

This year I ordered 11 lobsters at the Oxford fish truck 2 days early and when I showed up, the guy said he didn’t have them. He had 55 for someone else and he did not say he was sorry. He was a bit rude about it as well. I ordered a dozen last year over the phone and when I went to pick them up they had no idea I ordered.
