Wow! I pulled off the interstate to grab lunch and by pure happenstance found myself at Kopper Kettle diner. It’s a friendly, hometown diner vibe with amazing home cooked food. I had the lunch special which was something I never heard of before—a Haddock Reuben. It’s exactly what it sounds like—they just subbed fresh haddock for the pastrami. We spent 20 years living in the home of diners, eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey. The Kopper Kettle is up there with the best of them. The food is excellent and the staff are the best in the business. If you’re a fan of diners the Kopper Kettle is a must!
We are staying in Brunswick while vacationing in Maine. Googled breakfast and the Kopper Kettle came up with a good rating. We were not disappointed. Everything was great. Hope to make it back before we head back home.
