Do not go to Sam's Italian in Topsham, Maine. The food is oversauced, over greasy, slimy and falling apart and the bottom is burnt. This is disgusting. I don't know how you can put this in a box and serve this to somebody that paid you money with a straight face... cannot recommend this

Dang, the “new and improved pizza” is absolutely awful. Certainly got their hands on some cheaper ingredients. Was always one of my favorite pizzas, what a bummer!

I placed a order today March 1 - 2025. I made a online order. Paid for it. On my way there. Unfortunately I had a emergency which made me unable to get my order - a family in need. I was all out of the and forgot all about my order. 1) The restaurant didn’t even called me to see why I haven’t been there to pick up my order. 2) l just remembered NOW at 5.05 my order. How does a refund work when it comes to this?.

We consider ourselves to be regulars at this Sam’s. The food is always delicious. Pizza and Steak and cheese sandwiches. The service is better than most places, we don’t need to carry the food to our table, it’s delivered to us. The one thing this trip, we didn’t get our rewards , our card has been registered. Anything that can be done?

I saw that this place had some not so good reviews and I don't understand why. The pizza was some of the best I have ever had. We were traveling from out of town and not sure of where to eat. Sam's popped up and we said, " let's try it." Not sure of what to order, one of the employees showed us thier specials and we went with that. They saved us money and provided excellent customer service and food. I would highly recommend this place for the pizza at least.

Wasn't very happy, food wasn't cooked when I got there so I had to wait, then they forgot about me so I had to call as I was sitting in the window waiting. And they knew I was there cause they had already took my money.

Good food, and pleasant workers. My only complaint is I ordered a hot Italian dagwood and got a cold one for the price of the hot one = the first time it's happened.

First time here or any Sam's, we ordered an Italian and 2 steak and cheeses. The Italian was tasteless and the vegetables on the steak and cheese were cold and not made the way we asked (missing mayonnaise, asked for no green peppers but they were on there). We were also given the incorrect sub the first time and the employee told the gentleman whose sub it was that someone "took their tuna sandwich" when it was handed to my husband and told it was my Italian. Prices were high for the quality of food... definitely will not be returning!
