We booked Kate and Chris for our wedding at the 1774 Inn. They went above and beyond when it came to catering. Kate made sure there were vegan options for me and gluten-free options for other guests. They also helped us to challenge our guests to enjoy specialty options but also provided them with pepperoni for those who might have been more picky. I can't say enough about how kind and professional they were. I would highly recommend them for any event. Everyone was happy and left our wedding with a new favorite pizza flavor :)

Fireworks catered our wedding and did an amazing job ! Super friendly staff who happily accommodated dietary restrictions and delivered exactly what I asked for ! Pizza was delicious including gluten free and dairy free options !

Fireworks catered our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at the Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford. Since most guests were from out of town, the event was for 70 people. Kate, Chris and their crew could not have been easier to work with - organized and on target from planning through execution. As we are in NY, everything had to be done over email. We had gluten-free, lactose sensitive and vegetarian guests - everyone had something to enjoy - and they were not made to feel like outcasts but valued guests. We had Margherita, Meat Lovers, BBQ Chicken and Mediterranean pies to choose from (everyone had to taste everything) and a delicious green salad. Very little waiting for fresh pies (mostly from people trying decide what to get - it all looked so delicious). We added Italian meatball appetizers and brie with honey and toasted pecans. All the feedback we got from our guests was that the food was amazing. We are from NY - we are never looking to get pizza outside NY. MY brother, who had lived in Maine over 30 years was concerned for our choice of menu said it was the best slice he's ever had in Maine. The leftovers were enjoyed again later on that night and I did see some guests munching on pizza the next morning. Hire these folks - you will not be disappointed!

We have had different food trucks at this venue and this was one of my favorites! The staff was friendly, professional, fast paced… and the food was excellent! Fireworks was able to push out 60 pizzas without skipping a beat! I have already made a Facebook post on my personal page to get the word out. I heard nothing but good reviews throughout the evening regarding the food and experience. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for food truck Catering! 🍕

As our nickname as "Pizza Pals," we were ECSTATIC to have a delicious pizza vendor to cater our wedding in coastal Maine. Fireworks was there to deliver! They baked the pizzas onsite and kept warm pizzas coming all through dinner.

Thank you guys for catering our October 19th wedding!! Chris and Kate were absolutely wonderful in the planning process and helped create a menu that EVERYONE LOVED! They worked with us to help problem solve the possibility of having no power and access to the venue during after the wicked nor Easter and made me feel at ease knowing that they were going to do anything they could to make sure we would have pizza! They were kind and professional and we would use them again if possible!!!

Fireworks Pizza did a phenomenal job catering my daughter and son in laws wedding in September. Everything was delicious and fresh! Cooked perfectly! And everyone was so kind and courteous. All the food got out in a timely manner when it was time to serve all 100 of us. Excellent job!! Highly recommend!!! 5 Stars!!

We had Fireworks cater our wedding in September. There pizza and service were incredible! I would highly recommend using them for your wedding. They use the freshest ingredients and made the pizza with love. My husband and I love pizza and they went above and beyond our exceptions! I give them 5 stars!

We had Fireworks cater our wedding at Coolidge Family Farm this past weekend and EVERYONE loved it. They were professional, upbeat and happy, catered to all our special needs, gf, vegan, special request and literally everyone said the food was amazing. I would hire them again in a second. We used Fireworks for our outdoor wedding on Frye Island, ME and we could not say enough good things! A month later I still have my friends and family raving about how good the pizza was! We got 4 different types of pizza, garlic knots and salad and it was unbelievable. I was so happy with the people, the food and the price I highly recommend Fireworks!

We had Fireworks Mobile Wood Fired Pizza cater cocktail hour and dinner at our wedding of 90 people in Maine in September 2017. Chris and Kate were very accommodating when we were looking at booking, setting up the entire brick oven operation to give us a tasting at their ranch in Turner. We had a great time tasting all their great food options with their family, and felt that they would be a perfect addition to our big day!
