“Terry & Maxine's absolutely surpassed our expectations of a diner. We were impressed by the extensive menu, the portion sizes, and the flavors in the dishes themselves. Everything tasted homemade and authentic. We ordered the Mexicali Benedict (pictured), Irish Benedict, and side of French toast. For two, this ended up being a lot of food, so we brought some home. This was our first time here but know this will become a regular spot for us. And the staff were kind and prompt! Couldn't have asked for better.”

“Family run with whole-heath foods and grains. Much of their food and meats they produce on the farm. Very appealing to back-to-the-earth types but also appealing to the general public. They make breakfast and lunch and have inside nook seating and outside seating as well to enjoy your meal. Upstairs they have a fiber department where you can learn to weave. All in all a very interesting destination for those who want to take a drive to Turner Maine for this, cute out of the way, farm store.Parking: Dirt parking lot adjacent to the store.”

“Stopped by today after a hike. Three of us got flights. It was fun. The flavors are strong and very distinct. We felt comfortably enough to sit and chat for a while. It was a Sunday afternoon so we were one of only two tables.My favorite is the Maniac Gold with Cranberry, followed by Maniac Max Blueberry and then Caramel Apple.”

“Fireworks catered our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at the Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford. Since most guests were from out of town, the event was for 70 people. Kate, Chris and their crew could not have been easier to work with - organized and on target from planning through execution. As we are in NY, everything had to be done over email. We had gluten-free, lactose sensitive and vegetarian guests - everyone had something to enjoy - and they were not made to feel like outcasts but valued guests. We had Margherita, Meat Lovers, BBQ Chicken and Mediterranean pies to choose from (everyone had to taste everything) and a delicious green salad. Very little waiting for fresh pies (mostly from people trying decide what to get - it all looked so delicious). We added Italian meatball appetizers and brie with honey and toasted pecans. All the feedback we got from our guests was that the food was amazing. We are from NY - we are never looking to get pizza outside NY. MY brother, who had lived in Maine over 30 years was concerned for our choice of menu said it was the best slice he's ever had in Maine. The leftovers were enjoyed again later on that night and I did see some guests munching on pizza the next morning. Hire these folks - you will not be disappointed!”

“The morning guy working the drive thru window on 12/2 , I was there around 8:15am....super smiley , very friendly & polite !!! Need more people like him !!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Coffee was good & breakfast sandwiches were too but you could tell they were hurrying them !! Slow down , toast the bagels & crisp the bacon.... croissant seemed microwaved !! ⭐⭐⭐”

“My wife and I don’t eat out often due to our dietary restrictions. We both have celiac, so gluten can make us very sick. Our server, Amber had met with the Chef and hostess ahead of time. They worked together to plan a meal we could enjoy safely. Sedgley Place made gluten free bread, and deserts for us. “The staff is amazing and they always greet you with a smile. And my favorite is the chicken Caesar salad. Their recipe for their chicken is kept under a lock and key because it is delicious. Great spot for lunch or dinner!”

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to make sure we had a great time each time we've gone. “Kudos to our server, Charlie. This guy made our experience so much better. Food was great don't get me wrong but Charlie was so attentive and pleasant to deal with that it really made the whole experience so much better. Just like in Italy Charlie made us feel at home, valued and listened to. Ok I'm going to stop here since it sounds like Charlie paid me to write this. Good food too, big portions, big menu, nice ambiance with real Italian paintings and bottles of wine on the wall. Definitely coming back!”

“We live in auburn and was looking for something new. So I googled local restaurants and opened up the search radius. Decided we give this place a try. A little out of the way but so worth it. Super cold beer! Chicken tenders are the bomb. so good even the blue cheese dressing was high quality possibly hand made. bourbon burger was juicy and flavorful and fries hand cut and tasty. the bartender was friendly and took great care of us. So pleased will def will return foe cribbage night or trivia. Def should think about adding karaoke to your entertainment nights. Great place. not much to look at bit knew right away we had found a hidden gem.”

Mall barflies, am interesting derivation. Service was great and fast - despite there seeming to be only one server for the entire place - and the drinks were STRONG. Hence the bar full of local alcoholics, I guess. Would eat there again. Had like a veggie wrap, someone had fish and chips, someone had chili, another French onion soup, and steak tips. Everything decent to solid. The chili was respectable. The side of pickled beets they offer as a choice was surprising and delicious.”

“We got there about 2:45 the place was about half empty but they seemed busy given the staff and time was off. We got seated in maybe 15 minutes. Waiter was excellent, food was great except for slightly undercooked steak in one member of our party's dish. Otherwise delicious and very thorough and prompt service by waiter Josh. “The all you can eat salad was exceptionally fresh and well dressed. The breadsticks were also nice and fresh. I ate so much salad I barely had room for the entrées.
