We just had Fireworks cater our wedding, and they were outstanding. The pizza was the best I’ve ever had, and Chris and Kate are genuinely some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! I would highly recommend them for any event!
I work for the 1830 Wedding Barn in Oxford. Fire Works Mobile Wood Fired Pizza was hired to do the catering for yesterday‘s wedding. We have had different food trucks at this venue and this was one of my favorites! The staff was friendly, professional, fast paced… and the food was excellent! Fireworks was able to push out 60 pizzas without skipping a beat! I have already made a Facebook post on my personal page to get the word out. Fireworks catered our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at the Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford. Since most guests were from out of town, the event was for 70 people. Kate, Chris and their crew could not have been easier to work with - organized and on target from planning through execution. As we are in NY, everything had to be done over email.
