Ordered a large iced with Xtra Caramel Swirl ... Does caramel and vanilla even sound the same .. was quite irritated I get charged extra for extra wrong stuff ... Happens alot lately and about done with Dunkin all together .. the pricing is dumb .. $2.00 large iced coffees were enough but seriously $4.10 ??
I’ve been here a couple times and normally they are good but this time there was a girl in a black hoodie with terrible customer service. Rude on the microphone to order. When I got to the window a nice guy handed me my munchkins and coffee. I ordered 10 munchkins and got 8. I asked to get the other two and the girl in the black hoodie brought them to the window and all but threw them into my car with a terrible attitude. No apology or anything.
