We booked Kate and Chris for our wedding at the 1774 Inn. They went above and beyond when it came to catering. Kate made sure there were vegan options for me and gluten-free options for other guests. They also helped us to challenge our guests to enjoy specialty options but also provided them with pepperoni for those who might have been more picky. Fireworks catered our wedding and did an amazing job ! Super friendly staff who happily accommodated dietary restrictions and delivered exactly what I asked for ! Pizza was delicious including gluten free and dairy free options !
Fireworks catered our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at the Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford. Since most guests were from out of town, the event was for 70 people. Kate, Chris and their crew could not have been easier to work with - organized and on target from planning through execution. As we are in NY, everything had to be done over email.
