Sadly it was the assistant manager that made my experience poor. She was standing around while she waited for the employee to finish sweeping to so to help me. Then I was going to buy extra sandwiches and ask them not to put on any oil or vinegar on them, so I could keep them overnight for the office staff. I asked if they honored the Bogo50, where you save a few dollar off the second sandwich you buy. Sadly the assistant manager quickly snapped back NO we can't honor it, YOU MUST DO IT YOURSELF ONLINE! It's the only way! I replied, well I guess I will have to do just that, since I wanted to order six to eight sandwiches. The Bogo 50 was going to enable me to buy more sandwiches for others at the office. So in doing my order on line with only one hand as I broke my shoulder and my arm is in a sling. The clicking the buttons for each sandwich was taking too long and kept timing out on me. It got to be too much of a hassle, so I just ordered two sandwiches instead. I expressed that by her requiring me to do it all on line, I just couldn't do all the sandwiches I wanted to order that way. Sadly I had to go against getting the office staff their sandwiches. She said, well...it's the only way you can get that discount, period! I said well that's sad, because I have had both Auburn and Rockland help me with my orders, and gave me the discount since I couldn't use my arm/should/hand to do it all on line. Happily they honored my Bogo50 which adds up to saving of 50% off the second sandwich. But when buying for many others it adds up. I said well that's too bad one must order on line, to get the promo. As that will force me to go to eith the other Subway locations where Im valued, or I will go to Firehouse subs more often, as they honor my discount whether I order on line or pick up my order. I often order and pay for our office staff to show appreciation of their hard work. So if this rule is true, this rule has just lost me from being a loyal customer to Subway. As I feel the companies I want to do business are the companies that have managers that greet their customers with a positive attitude.One that shows me they appreciate my business. Not one who kept repeating Im gonna get those people in trouble and most likely fired because they gave me the 50% off the second sandwich. I'm a regular customer at the other two locations. She kept saying to the employee who has been working to make my two sandwiches and all the other cleaning alone. While this assistant manager wanted to report the other store employees. To be honest I will not shop at this location again because of her. Sad because the employee was working very hard while her manager stood there bitching about the other stores honoring a small discount to a loyal customer. One who has a broken shoulder and currently unable to cut up veggies and items for every meals so Im ordering out for alot of our meals. This assistant manager should be the one who is replaced. A little empathy and compassion to a loyal customer would have went along way with me. Instead she would rather complain and want to report the other two Subways for honoring my small discount. I told her all she will accomplish is losing me and our company from going to all Subways. In addition to me and my husband owning several business, we have several adult children who also own businesses and they each employ numerous crews. Since I often order for them when my sons are too busy. I can tell you I will NOT choose Subway in Turner, if this is how I am going to be treated. I told this assistant manager that she personally drove me to go to their competitors next time. Sadly I don't think she really cared. In a time where small businesses are doing all they can to stay a float, throughout this pandemic, one would think another bigger business would be delight to have other businesses coming into their establishment to spend money. Especially when that purchase is to show appreciate to their staff members. This assistant manager should be ashamed all the way around.

The bread was dry the little boy who made our food was rude, and the cookies were old and dry and you could see the flies flying on the food because they forgot to close the cover.

First… Last week I ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad through the Subway App- In ALL CAPS requested “PLEASE PUT BUFFALO SAUCE AND RANCH ON THE SIDE, NOT ON THE SALAD- Thank you” I go to pick up my salad (which is on a pick up shelf-) Took a quick look at it before I leaving, to find it completely covered in sauce and dressing… The staff person was in the back and I waited a few minutes for them to come out, but they never did so I left. I managed to scrape off as much dressing as I could to make it edible, but almost half of my salad ended up in the trash.Today… at 8:39pm (store closes at 9pm) I called and said “Hi can I please place an order?” and I was told “We already put all of our stuff away for the night.” I asked if there was anyway possible they could please make a quick and simple footlong with just Turkey Cheese and Green Peppers,- and that I was only 3 minutes from the store- The reply was “sorry we close in like 5 minutes” .. I corrected the worker stating “It’s actually 20 minutes until closing time not 5”… At which point I was hung up on.I would sort of understand if the sandwich request was complex requiring hot items, or sauces and several veggies; or if they were worried I would not be there to pay and pick up the order before closing (but I did inform them how close by I was)…I am not the type of person to leave a bad review, (I typically go out of my way to leave good reviews, as I prefer positivity over negativity) However; I have had SEVERAL issues with food orders in the past, none of which I never complained about or ask for a refund or remake- Tonight’s issue was the last straw for me, I will never be a Subway customer again.

I was working in turner and went here 3 days in a row. Day 1 no tuna, day 2 I told them I wanted Italian bread and I was told it’s called white and than they left my sandwich open so it fell apart when u got back to the job site. Day 3 they had only wraps when we got there at 1130. I visit subways frequently across the state because of my job, and I’ve never been belittled and I’m unsatisfied with a subway than I was with this subway.
