Gone downhill the last 3 months. Getting incorrect items is becoming more frequent. Twice in a week for basic coffee and bagel order is super frustrating. The app does allow you to place the complaint. Received a full refund through the app for one of those incorrect orders. Appeased me with points for the other mess up. Check your stuff before leaving the parking lot.
For many of us DD employees are the first people we interact with everyday. That brief encounter can be very pleasant especially at the Waterboro store. Unfortunately the employees get robbed of their well earned tips by management . I have never seen this before. In today's day and age employees are becoming very scarce and employers are doing everything they can to keep good help yet this store is hell bent on destroying thatSuch a shame

It's rare to come across a Dunkin these days that is fully staffed, friendly, and comptetent, this one was. Our egg and cheese on sourdough were great and at check out they even offered us a free drink that they had made in error.
