July 5th 45 minute line around the parking lot I placed a $36 order, got to the window and was told they couldn’t take $100 bc they received too many fake ones She checks with manager who looks at me and says no, can’t take it. Hi, remember me from everyday, last 2 years? No ok. Get a counterfeit marker. I am no longer a daily Dunkin’ Donuts Waterboro customer, appreciate the convenience girls

I ordered 2 Triple mocha frozen coffees. A large and a small. The large had no chocolate drizzle on the cup. I mentioned it to the drive thru attendant and she just looked at me. She did not apologize or offer to remake my drink. Very bad service!! Very disappointed!! When I'm paying $12 for two drinks, I want them made correctly. East Waterboro Maine

Been going to this Dunkin location for a very long time. All the employees know me and typically greet me when I go in. Not quite sure who was working the window today but they were extremely rude and just shoved my coffee at me while lecturing me on needing to stop at the speaker when picking up a mobile order. This person decided that it was up to them to scold a grown man like they were a child and provide horrendously rude service to a regular customer. Never have had a bad service experience here before but if this is what they are hiring now then I have no problem bringing my business to aroma joes down the street moving forward. No place for behavior like that in a customer service role.

The food is what you expect at dunkin....it's mediocre. Go down the road to Merrill's if you want a good breakfast sandwich with real egg. Coffee is as expected. They are always friendly and keep the drive thru line moving.
