“Normally it's pretty good . but man last night missed the mark. The crab rangoons were literally just filled with cream cheese it was Zero crab. The fried rice had only a few chunks of pork and onions no other vegetables it was kind of sad pork rice and onion bits it was very lacking we should have had peas carrots bamboo shoots sprouts green pepper that's usually pretty standard with pork fried rice. We got the orange chicken and rice with some appetizers it was kind of lacking. Waitress looked like she absolutely hated her life . she barely said anything to us and she just looked totally annoyed. Very disappointing”

Today we were in the area at just the right time and finally made it happen 🙌 OMGSH we are so glad we did! The food was outstanding, the homemade bread was incredible 🥖 and everything was so fresh. Our server Emily was an absolute blast 😄 She was fun, sarcastic (just the way we like it 😉) and made us feel like we were regulars from the moment we sat down. It’s one of those places where everyone seems to know each other, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming 🩷 We live a little over an hour away, but this spot is absolutely worth the drive. We’ll definitely be back! ✨ Sorry no food pics… we were too hungry 😆🍽️”

“We’ve gone here twice now. Both times we got the lobster roll with chowder. First time the chowder was perfect! Plenty of potatoes & clams. Second time, not so great. It was basically just the creamy broth without almost ANY potatoes or clams at all, that was a bummer. The lobster was perfect the first time, perfect amount of butter & was very tasty (you can also get it cold with mayo). The second time it lacked butter & was on the dryer side. I guess it’s a hit or miss? Hey, we all have bad days. We will definitely try it again. We hope the next time we go it is better than the last time, just hoping it was an off day. They are always packed! Most of time we see the line is out the door, it does move fairly quickly though. That was nice. The ice cream & the portions were wonderful. We were not impressed with the shakes. We ordered two “very thick three scoop”shakes but the size seemed more like a maybe a medium sized drink I’d say, & it wasn’t at all thick, not at all. It was disappointing, we won’t be getting those again. But definitely will get their ice cream! Would love to grab one of their ice cream pies next time, when we were in line an older couple said they were delicious. Oh, I almost forgot! The chili cheese fries (with melted cheese) were amazing! The chili is pretty much perfect, I will be trying the chili dog at some point. I’ll update on our return, hopefully earning that fifth star for the food ;)
All & all it is an affordable place with plenty of options & you should give it a try. You’ll never find a better deal for a lobster roll with chowder or fries or both!”

“Very comfortable atmosphere. As an introvert waiting for over an hour the rest of my party to arrive, the bartenders made me feel welcome and offered samples to try to make sure I found something I liked. Clean, comfortable, and delicious (my friends really enjoyed their drinks too)! I will definitely be back.”

“Very unimpressed by a pizza that I was excited to try based on reviews. the "Venus Fly Trap" pie was a huge letdown...cheap tasting pepperoni, flavorless ricotta, and bland "hot" honey. My roommate tried a slice and was equally disappointed. Not sure I will try again.”

“Stopped in for a coffee and to meet friends at this very nice contemporary cafe. The staff know their craft and are very customer focused. There is a nice mix of local foods in the retail area along with some knick knacks and games for the home. Though I didn't try one, the whoopie pies look delicious.”

“Hidden gem of a deli in Sanford. Roast beef special is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. They have many other delicious choices as well. Cash only, but they do have an ATM inside. Lovely ladies working here. Support your local small business!”
