This was my first time visiting XOTA. So, not knowing what to choose to drink at first. I eventually picked EZ3 an American wheat style beer. I was expecting stronger notes of lemon, but to me, i just couldn't smell the lemon. Overall, it was a good tasting beer.

Stopped in late after a night out. Had 2 great beers, bought a bottle of the sauce on my way out. Flew home and had the sauce on some wings. Pretty good sauce.

I mostly buy 1/6 kegs here for my home kegerator. The consistency in their flagship beers has been excellent, and I'm surprised by how many different/new beers they have available every time I go in. I've gotten kegs of everything from pales, to IPAs, to Belgian tripels, to stouts/porters, etc. Really impressive quality control from such a small brewery with that large of a selection. I also really appreciate that they're making stuff OTHER than NEIPA/hazy, which has become a bit tiresome regionally. Everything is really well priced and Josh is always pleasant to buy from. Glad to see they survived the height of the pandemic, and I'm happy to continue to support them!
