This was our first time at 18Below. We received a very friendly greeting upon our arrival, it was early in the evening so we were quickly seated. Our waitress was very pleasant and very efficient. I selected the Parmesan encrusted cod which was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely return.

We had some friends visiting from MA and decided to try 18 Below for dinner. Although I didn't realize it...we were apparently celebrating our 37th wedding Anniversary ( which is next week)...and my husband surprised me with some breathtaking earrings! The staff was very good, and the food was unbelievable! Our friends loved it...and so did we. I think we found our new Favorite restaurant! Thanks for a fabulous dinner!🥰

I was here in the offseason so my experience may not be typical. Walkin, got a seat immediately. Not too busy, kinda quiet. Food was great, service was fast, servers were pleasant and informative.

The Pom fizz, wine, escargot, lamb and duck were absolutely perfect!

We had a Saturday evening reservation for 7:00pm. We were looking forward to a nice evening, but we were very rushed the entire time we were there. We wanted a cocktail to start, then a starter and then dinner. The entire time we were there was less than an hour and 15 minutes!! The entire staff seemed frantic and stressed. We were truly disappointed!!
After reading so many positive reviews, we were very shocked to have such an average meal. Nothing was horrible, just very mediocre food and a worn and dated space (as another review said ...the carpet at the entry should go). With so many other options in the area I can't imagine going back.

The food is "ok". Nothing really edgy. The staff very nice. Preparation is fairly standard. I would say that carpet in the entrance way was not a good choice. It's started to smell over the years. I'd return and encourage one to try but if you are looking to be "blown away" by the culinary experience you may be a bit disappointed.

First of all, the food was delicious. It was the first time in a LONG time that my steak was cooked the way I asked for it, the first time. They got us in right away, even though we did not have a reservation and we had a ten month old. The staff was courteous and attentive. The atmosphere was very low stimulating, which may not be for everyone, but we really appreciated a nice relaxing dinner. In hindsight I wish I had tried something new (as the menu had a lot of original dishes on it) instead of just ordering a steak, but I will be back to rectify that.
