They were in a large rush due to the influx of people from my marching band but the service was good. I got the veggie sandwich with cheese and the only note I have is I want more mushrooms, but I can just ask for that in the future. The milkshakes took a while and my friend wasn’t a fan of hers but, once again, total rush. The reviews everywhere was tacky.

Drove 20 minutes to location and ordered to go. When I got home, I found they left all condiments off my burger. Just a dry burger with onions and jalapeños. Immediately called store for a refund, I’m not driving back. Was told I have to call back Monday and speak with a district manager to get my money back. Ridiculous. How do you forget all condiments?

I just had the best cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap! You never disappoint, thank you! I only get my burgers in a lettuce wrap and hands down you're are the best! The staff are great at Waterville, ME Five Guy's and I always make it a point to tell them how awesome the did on my burger. Thank you!!
