Applebee's Grill + Bar

We ordered ahead of time to take our dinner home. It was a Friday night and very busy, so the order was not ready for quite a long time. We gave a reasonable time for puck up, about an hour, and had to wait another half our in the waiting area.

We go to Applebee's a lot after work as it is close, and we can usually get in without a wait. I had a special drink on their St patties menu that was a Grey Goose Mango Martini, delicious! Comes with the shaker so you can fill up twice. I did the riblet platter with onion rings, then wondered why I did. I have never cared for the riblets because they are so hard to eat. Mostly little bones, which is to be expected, but frustrating and messy. However, I got the asian zing and the sauce was very good, definitely very spicy. The onion rings are usually my go to, nice and crunchy,not the batter dipped kind. This time, they were soggy.
Usually good service and usually good food, I typically like the drinks still a go to, would recommend.

The service is always impeccable—everyone is always so friendly, attentive, and personable. But what really stood out was the manager Jaden. It’s clear that he truly cares about his customers. He personally stopped by to make sure everything was perfect, and it wasn’t just a routine—there was genuine warmth and attention to detail.

As for the food, it was fantastic! I highly recommend the NEW Blackened Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Penne, such a flavorful dish, might just be my new favorite!

Applebee's has never disappointed me and tonight was no different. Food is always top notch as well as the staff. Tonights personal touch by the manager was going above and beyond which prompted me to write my first ever review.

It's a restaurant chain trying to compete with other restaurant chains. The food is good service at the front door can use some improvements and a friendlier attitude. The wait staff is rushed and busy. Although really friendly at that part of the service.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair accessible but you have only one spot, which is right in front of the door, and that is where the majority of traffic has to use for access to the parking.

Recommended dishes: Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Menu, Bourbon Street Steak

The kitchen is consistent with one thing! Failure! They leave food out too long before serving the customer!

Kid-friendliness: It's a BAR! Don't bring children here!

We ordered - 50 minutes later we got our food. I had the broccoli shrimp Alfredo. Looked very dry. I asked for more sauce, and then it was Alfredo. My wife had a spicy honey chicken she enjoyed hers. My son had a chicken sandwich. He thought his was good. We also had 2 kids' meals. The waitress could have returned a little more frequently. Total bill: $64.64

Food was cold. The hostess told us 10 15 mins. We waited 40 to be seated. Cindy S our waitress was awesome. Short staffed is getting to be a very old excuse for poor service.

I've had a few meals with varying portion sizes, but that's not the norm. Staff is always friendly. Even when it's busy, you typically get seated quickly enough.

If I could give a Zero, I would three times of ordering dinner and a drink! Guess what their wasn't a drop of alcohol in the drink .. by the way right after they were delivered to the table .. I brought it to the waiters attention and he assured me that they were made properly done! What a liar! Your business stinks! I will not be back, done

Decided to try the 1/2 rack of ribs for $20. Came with a small serving of Cole slaw. Don’t make that mistake! It was a very small portion not much meat on them at all. I’ll stick to burgers from now on.

Me and my family came in for dinner last night after my mother’s celebration of life to sit down and have a meal and talk, I totally understand about it being busy and the wait was not to bad for a seat. We ordered or drinks not bad then ordered or appetizers and food, around 30 so minutes or longer later I stopped a gentleman asking about or appetizers why we have not got them he said he will go check, they started bringing them out got told sorry put them in when they put the kids orders in did not even had time to start eating or appetizers when or main meal came out so someone did not do there job correctly and or appetizers was not very warm the mozzarella sticks was not very warm they must been sitting there for a while. My oldest daughter asked the waitress to take the empty drink cups away and rolling of the eyes was not necessary and when we ordered more drinks we had to ask three times if not more if we could get or drinks we ordered. I understand they was busy but if the waitress can not handle when they r busy maybe she should not work when they are busy. Me and my husband food and my daughters food and her husband food the 2 for 26 the ribeye meals was horrible I thinks they covered up bone with bbq sauce and gave up a dish with Cold French fries. Last night was going to be a night sit n relax n not worry about stress n cooking we will have to think about coming back again.

We frequent the Applebee's for lunch in our areas. We have always enjoyed the experience and the food. We especially like the boneless wing appetizer to start.
