I would be surprised if Dawn is still working the bar on weekdays, My wife and I have been patrons at this restaurant for many years and was never so upset when Dawn forgot to put my wifes order in when it was the 2 for 25 I asked her what happened and she admitted it was her fault. We had a bad experience 2 weeks earlier with Dawn and both ordered 2 burgers with no pink. Both burgers showed up RED. The Manager agreed. We think some employees are so comfortable in their job for being there so long is not at all good. Everybody evolved Applebee's will remember this.. We know brownies and gummies are factors in todays employment...Not saying this is the issue

Not a bad place to eat, it's a hit or miss on wait times to be seated. Almost feel Ike if you're a regular you get priority

It was very good

We had to wait 20 minutes for a seat despite many empty tables. Food took over an hour to arrive and one dish was not the correct meal. Poor communication by management. Not the servers fault
Food overcooked and greasy. Will never go back there!

When my family orders in the food is great and on point, but Everytime we order takeout the order is always wrong, messed up or hasn't been seasoned properly. So disappointed with takeout. Do they have different cooks for takeout or something?

Ordered 2 for $25.00, then they upcharged $4.50 each person. So insted of 2 for $25.00 it was 2 for $34.00. The appetizer arrived shortly after the meal was served. Then, to top it all off, waitress never retuned change for the bill.

As far as Applebee's goes, the service is awesome and that's really the only difference 😉

Arrive around 6:15, got seated within a few minutes. Ordered right away, drinks came. Appetizers arrived around 6:50. Got the mozzarella sticks, they were cold. Entrees arrived 5 minutes later, got 2 of the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. Pasta was over cooked and chicken was cold and dry. One of the pasta was soaked in honey pepper sauce. We've eaten here before and ordered the same thing, it was amazing the first time. But this time it was unfortunately disappointing. Our server Courtney, seemed uneasy, very quite visited us all together 3 times. Other servers brought out app and entree. Overall took too long to receive our food for it to be poorly made
