Very nice Tuscan roll to eat, coffee was average though and bizarrely, I had to request sugar and they had nothing to stir it with except a straw!

Depending on the staff, some are sweet and some are sassy. But my drink is always consistent.

I've been really impressed with the young staff here being able to gracefully serve the always busy drive through, constant dash pickups, and me at the counter with surprising speed without missing a beat. You can even expect to be treated to genuine smiles, well-versed recommendations, and quality products freshly crafted to order. The top notch staff and delicious coffee make it possible to overcome the goofy name, which says a lot. 😜

It takes way too long to get anything. The drive thru takes an hour. For the amount you spend for a drink it should be quicker.

Whenever I go here it seems like they forget to put any flavoring in my coffee. And I know that it's not just me not noticing it, I've been to other Aroma Joe's locations and the flavor is usually very noticeable. Stick to the Winslow location

I don’t know why I came back because the first time the line took forever, But I just came back again and the line is even longer than last time, this is probably one of the longest lines I’ve ever dealt with. And I say that with positivity because I’ve never been to an aroma Joe’s where I have to wait this long, but I’m sure the food is the same as anywhere else and stuff. It’s just gonna wait really long time.

ok this is my first time coming to this location and here’s how it went: i immediately go inside and notice the workers just goofing off with their friend who’s a customer, i order my rush (blackberry pomegranate), and i get my drink and it tastes nothing like what i usually get. I sat down at the tables and the worker continued to fool around with her friend who was a customer sitting there, and that friend proceeded to pull her pants down in the middle of the restaurant and said it was ok bc she had shorts on and the worker laughed at it. Not only are they immature, but they didn’t know who’s order was who’s half the time and would trash talk the people in the drive through. horrible experience and i will continue only going to the one in skowhegan.

Hi, I come there a lot and I feel like 25% of the time my drink comes out wrong. It’s not a very hard order, but it’s always drastically messed up. and the girl typically takes my order never has a smile on her face and is not friendly.

I ordered my usual rush and never have any problems with ordering that drink, it’s a drink on the secret menu and they gave me attitude and told me they didn’t think they could do that and then when it came out it looked nothing like what I got so I just double checked to make sure it was the correct ingredients and the girl gave me attitude back for just making sure my rush was correct. “She said well strawberry is red you know” awful customer service and they obviously just don’t know how to properly make a rush when I get this rush at other places everyday.
