today at aromas i experienced a horrible interaction with the employee i believe to be emma. she treated horribly, was extremely short, and treated us like we were 5 years old. love the drinks, hate the way they treat their customers

Very slow drive thru. They're making larger orders to delivery to companies. Might be better if you park and go inside but may be not. If they would make it right every time...they work hard poor management.

Everytime I get a pretzel I said no salt and can I have cheese please! My order is wrong almost every time. And it wastes my time and money. I hope to see these girls paying for attention!

The barista Jada was extremely rude while taking our order. She interrupted us multiple times while ordering and proceeded to talk to a coworker instead of finishing our order. She continued to chat while we waited for 10 minutes at the next window for our drink and food. At the ordering window she asked if we would like our receipt and when I said yes she replied in a rude tone “you want your receipt?”. Overall very disappointed with the service. I understand these baristas are young but the reason the line is always in the road is because they are too busy chatting with each other rather than doing their job.

Visited on 12/12/23. Service was amazing! The ladies at the counter were so helpful in answering allergy questions. They were so friendly and upbeat, definitely makes me want to stop in again. The coffee was great as a bonus.

Good coffee and the owner treats you right if there are any issues. Good discounts. Don't need to earn rewards like you have to at DD's. You get rewards just for being a member.
