Me and my wife have ate here a few times and the food is pretty good. You would think being at a Mexican restaurant they would give you sour cream and salsa with your meal. I ordered a burrito and asked for sour cream and got charged for sour cream and it was a dollar and it was only a dab of sour cream in a very small cup. They really need to update their Lighting in there it's so dark.

Go to El agave in augusta. Way better authentic Mexican cuisine. Buen apetito The food was so gross wife n I couldn't eat it. 40 bucks for garbage food. It was so gross. The alcoholic drinks are made very weak. I doubt any alcohol was put up n our drinks. With drinks n food it was 80 bucks. It was all garbage. Their cooks don't know how to cook. I managed steak house in Texas for years. Ed's place hawkins Texas. Ed's place is closed now. Absolutely horrible food.

Last night was my first time going here. I don’t have any complaints all the food we got was great. Our server Danny was also great. I went in with low expectations because of how bad the other Hispanic food places around Waterville are. But I can 100% say this place blows the rest of them away 10 fold! We will definitely be back again!

The food here is fantastic! The service was great but incredibly slow! Not the waiter's fault, but it took nearly an hour for our food to come out, for which we were comped 1 drink. We were seated on the porch facing the golf course... Beautiful view but very noisy!

Buen Apetito is a must-visit in Waterville! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. I have to especially mention their al pastor, perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with authentic flavor. It's easily one of the best I've had in Maine. If you're looking for delicious Mexican food, Buen Apetito's al pastor is an absolute standout!

We had a blast Thursday night bringing the entire family. We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday so glad we found this place. We enjoyed the chimys, tacos and wow their ribeye is delicious. The green salsa is something we haven't seen before at other Mexican spots- it was yummy. We had a couple minutes wait but you could tell the hostesses were busy and running around. Our server was very friendly and also very much on the go but they made sure we had everything we needed and our cups were filled. Definitely will be back.
Great food, CLEAN resturant and bathrooms, incredibly friendly staff. 10/10 recommend

We happened by chance in this Mexican restaurant and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised by the Service and Quality of food! If you happen to be there I recommend it, amazing Mexican food!
