Food is pretty bad. Have given the brisket whopper 2 different chances and regretted both. The dude at the window was almost embarrassed for me at the amount of brisket I was given in an ice cream cup after not finding any on my son's sandwich... He also informed me that it was put under the cheese. I tore the sandwich apart when I got home and found the thinnest, most pathetic layer of brisket. Second time was the same. You can't taste the brisket over the dry, flame broiled patty with the tiny amount of it they are putting on those things. That being said, when I contacted customer service, they refunded my whole order the first time and gave me back what I requested the second time.

Floor is so sticky you can can walk right out of your shoes. Do not go there alone, use the bathroom and lock your doors. Very dangerous area

Very basic a Whopper, extra lettuce. 2 Cheeseburgers, 2 French Fries. The French Fries, you actually choked on them, they were cold and bathed in so much salt, I mean it choked on them.
The Whopper was cold with an old hard bun that broke apart, it was so old and hard. Lettuce consisted of a couple of small square pieces. It ended up in the garbage, including the fries. Who knows how old this food was there for. It does take days for buns to get that bad.

So I tried to order a 5 dollar mix and match for breakfast before the menu transitioned to lunch. I pre ordered it online and expected it to be done before I got there. Turns out when we arrived to pick up the order they claimed they stopped making the orders for breakfast so they no longer have the stuff to make it. The order was placed long enough before the deadline for breakfast to end. I thought that when you order online prior to your arrival it is suppose to be made when the order is placed. Unlike ordering through the drive through. I was under the impression that a preorder means you skip the line and your order is made when you send the request. That way you get there and you can grab the order and leave. We arrived to find our order hadn’t been made at all. It’s as if we ordered it and they decided to treat the order as if it was a drive through order. The people at this establishment did not do their job right and they were less than helpful when we arrive to pick up the order that was placed prior to 10:30am.
Located in a really sketchy neighborhood. Looked like drugged coming in and out.

I just left there w 4 3piece french toast sticks, they were all raw n mushie inside. All it takes is n xtra few seconds to cook them right. So frustrating, if I wasn't halfway home wd have brought them back in. When r u people going to cook them just n xtra few seconds????????
