Worst location in Maine. I see why they're closing all over. Must've had these employees at those locations. I realize working at Burger King means your not qualified for much, but I'll never understand how grown adults can't do a simple job like work at Burger King but whine about their pay. I'd think they'd be grateful just to be employed. One of the girls here is so stupid, she hangs out the drive thru window and doesn't understand she's supposed to serve customers. She thinks her job is to pet the ground outside the drive thru window and keep customers off it. Never seen such strange, challenged behavior. Do not recommend.

I wish I could do this as a review of the entire franchise, but this will do. Burger King is a shadow of its former self. This one in particular was the last BK I've been to. I remember Burger King being actually pretty good back in the early 2000s when I was a kid. Nowadays, they've changed so much of how they make their food and with what that honestly, they make McDonald's look like a gourmet food restaurant. Their chicken tenders are abysmal, all I taste is chemicals now. Their chicken sandwiches are like rubber. Their pickles taste fruity for no good reason. They put way too little of the condiments on their burgers, and if you ask them to add more, they charge you for it. The only thing that hasn't changed is their fries, they're still mediocre. The only thing that actually tastes good there is their chicken fries, and they're expensive. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant, at least they may have decent food.

I use to work at the KMD Burger King 10 years ago and it has gone down hill. I waited in the drive through line behind 2 vehicles for about 25 minutes. So if you have patience then you'll be fine. Just remember to always order your food fresh from BK because the cooks tend to leave burgers in the pans for hours on end.

Just want staff to know they did a great job on service and food tonight. i know its fast food but it was prepared they way it should be and most likely short staffed

The customer service my daughter and I experienced was absolutely great! The young man who served us was very professional. However the bathroom was disgusting, it wasn’t just “normal dirty” it was sticky and grim everywhere. Someone needs to get in there and scrub crevices! We felt dirty walking in and dirty walking out. No, the toilet doesn’t sell the burgers, but if the bathroom is neglected, what makes me feel confident that the kitchen is any better?

Average BK with courteous staff. Food came out quick and was the way BK should be.all the frozen drink dispensers worked which is odd for most BK's.
