FINALLY found authentic Mexican food in Maine!Being from Arizona, I am particularly picky about this. Every other "Mexican" cuisine I have had in New England was just awful and did not come anywhere close to the real thing. I ordered the "shrimp salad" on the menu here and to my delight, was served ceviche. Very happy to have found this place :)
This is my favorite Mexican Restaurant. The complimentary chips and salsa is always good, but if you add a side of queso... oh man it's magic. The food is always hot, service is great, and I like how they've remodeled it.
I have not been to Cancun Waterville Maine for years. Is the place still the best? I plan to go there in the next few days. Their margherita was the best....lots of tequila and great flavor.Same owners as a few years ago??? !! ??Jeff
