We liked it. Not designer pizza, but quite tasty. We also got a veggie sub. Very messy to eat, but good roll and fresh veggies. The place is very pizza parloresque. Not fancy, but nice. Comfy. Casual.

I have ordered many times from here,but today I was a little bummed on my Italian sandwich.I asked for no salt,pepper or black olives...it had salt and pepper on it and the thinnest one slice of ham I have ever had.I am a little disappointed with this..Might be a while before I go back..

It's my favorite pizza in town, great flavor, great distribution of toppings.
Also, really love the breakfast pizza to start the day.
Over priced, food has become subpar lately and when brought to Chad's attention he could care less. High staff turnover and poorly trained and managed. Find another place. People are getting sick and tired of owners who charge a high price for food and don't receive the quality which matches the price. Places like this are a dime a dozen. He never use to operate this way, don't know what has happened. Beware he owns Al's Pizza in Skowhegan, and Farmingdale as well. Maybe if he spent more time in the Waterville location he would realize he has issues.
Based on his final sentence in his response tonight I no longer choose to pad his walket or his lifestyle.

My fiance and I ordered a large pizza and we found TWO frizzy, nappy jet BLACK hairs with the cheese baked AROUND them, indicating that this happened before the pie went into the oven! GROSS! I wouldn't feed this crap to my dog.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am Joseph Tilly and I worked in the bakery Cappzas has, off their main bldg , for a week and that was weeks and weeks ago and they still have not paid me. I could see this going very very bad. Avoid going here. Heads up..
