Staff were great! The location is convenient. It is a limited menu for a DQ. The only complaint was the set up inside. There is no noise buffer for the 3 staff members. The person taking orders inside had a headset with all the drive thru orders in their ear, the ice cream machine doing the mixing was loud in their ear and you have the conversation of everyone inside. No a deal breaker but be prepared to yell your order so the staff can hear it without either of you repeating...
I had never been to a dairy queen, so my husband and I decided to try it, being that it's an "ice cream" place, I thought it would have lots of ice cream, only to find out they carry chocolate, vanilla, and twist soft serve and that is it! The service was good, but it isn't really an ice cream place.
I was actually very impressed with the service! Long drive thru line was served incredibly fast and our order for 4 came out perfect. Our blizzards were fully stirred all the way to the bottom of the cups(normally it's only stirred 1/2 way- a problem we have almost every time..) We were quite pleased with this location!
