Awful customer service, I was literally just trying to order a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and got told she couldn’t hear me, no issue I raised my voice and she still couldn’t this went back and fourth multiple times until she said she couldn’t hear me when I was across the drive theough with a nasty voice.. whatever I just keep attempting to order and when she finally heard me she told me there was no need to shout and have an attitude.. what attitude I literally said thank you and clearly there was a need because you didn’t hear me the first 4 times I tried to order

Coffee is wrong almost every time. The inside is falling apart, wall panels are peeling off the wall. A lot of chipped paint off the walls. Employees were nice

They could screw up a cup of water. Idk why my partner likes to keep ordering here it’s like an abusive relationship - keeps going back but every single time there’s something wrong with the order. I laugh at the ridiculousness of it, my partner gets annoyed, rinse and repeat. Main St. Waterville isn’t any better either, but at least College Ave is MUCH faster at making incorrect orders (time comes to a standstill at Main St drive thru). These are usually 1 item orders because I gave up many months ago.

Person in charge of the shift was yelling at other workers in front of customers. Foul language being used in front of children. Workers were jump starting a customer broke down in the drive thru but the person in charge was complaining. She needs to be FIRED ASAP to continue doing business here and maybe treat others with a little more respect, especially in front of customers. People like this do not deserve to work in the public eye or ear. Coffee also tasted bland with more flavor of cleaning chemicals than coffee. WILL NOT be returning to this location.

The most incompetent group of workers I have EVER seen. HOW many times are you going to make a breakfast sandwich when it’s a literally labeled as a wake up wrap? This happens almost every time I go here. I have literally had conversations with the manager about this and yet it continues to happen. Also, most of the workers there’s are unfriendly and rude. Customer service in 2024 is almost nonexistent. I placed a mobile order and I was met with “Ok it was JUST placed. We’re working on it” Sorry? What’s the difference between if me doing a mobile order & showing up a few minutes later VS ordering at the speaker?? The few extra minutes should help? No? Anyways. Go elsewhere.

I greatly appreciate this Dunkin donuts for being there when I need my caffeine pick me up on a rainy day. Thank you Crystal who handled my order this evening. I appreciate you putting my drink together even after the espresso machine was cleaned. 10/10 service and excellent coffee. :)

5 stars Not because it's good but so it can be seen!! Every time we go something always seems to be messed up coffee food etc, etc. They never take your order when you pull up "I'll be right with you" always a 5-minute wait!!! few years ago that wouldn't fly!!! Need to get a good manager in along with employees that actually want to do their job!!! This place has definitely gone down hill at one point in time it was considered the best Dunkin in Waterville it's a shame it's lost its title :(
