This place used to be great. I rarely had a long wait in the drive through or inside. I don’t know if it’s lack of staffing or what the issue is, but wait times have been crazy. Cashiers can’t take multiple orders in a row anymore and have to finish one customer before moving to the next. The old crew used to be fast and efficient. Where did they go?

I went to drive in to go through the drive through until I was meet with several people obviously drugged out in odd positions and one man exposing himself urinating on the rail. I had my 12year old with me. Do better! Be better! This place used to be my go to. Not anymore.

The woman who made my coffee got the order wrong twice and proceeded to yell in my face after I left a pretty decent tip.. Unreal.
The employee by the name of Shakya or shakia has been pretty rude every time I go through the drive-thru on College Avenue in Waterville, ME. Today she was the worst. I am not sure why you allow her to work there. Her Manager is Jamie and I would appreciate it if someone would. forward this message to him if possible or give me a phone number to call him. Thank you very much! My refresher was 3.00 and I asked for it with sparkling water and a senior discount. I forgot that it is cheaper without the senior discount. I questioned the amount and instead of her explaining it to me nicely she got all defensive and her tone was very rude. So I went in the building to ask another employee the price and when I said I asked for it with senior discount he explained that it is cheaper just getting the 3.00 and not asking for senior discount cause it would be 4.41. While I was trying to talk to other employee Shakya just kept interrupting and talking loud over me and very rude. So I proceeded to tell her she is being rude and was not helpful at all. She told me I was being rude and said if I didn’t like it to leave her store! I told her I would leave the store as soon as I got information to call someone to complain. This girl should not be working with people. She has been loud and rude at the window. She is very abrupt. She does not like it when people question her! I choose this donut shop quite often and have very good service with everyone one of your other employees except Shakya. Thank you
Would be five stars as it’s my primary coffee stop as I work 12 hour night shifts… 5 out of 10 times A FEW of these employees don’t put espresso in my latte- Which irks me because it is very obvious when they don’t! :)) Also Aggravated at the fact that this stuff is not cheap! And there’s rarely a day they don’t have my business! Tired of handing my money over to people who don’t wanna do their jobs!!!
