The drive thru may be slower than continental drift but at least the orders are always wrong too. My significant other holds out hope that one day they may get a correct order but I gave up. At least I always leave the drive thru line in a good mood because you gotta laugh at the absurdity of it. Seriously at least they fixed the crater sized hole in the drive thru, thought I was gonna fall into “The Land of the Lost”.

One star for the parking lot lighting. Dark, can’t see the drive through lane. Can’t read the sign, no overhead lights whatsoever. Please fix the lights, it’s dangerous!

The service was absolutely terrible. Waited inside to order but nobody came to help us. Then decided to mobile order and that took about 20 minutes because they were too busy with the drive thru. They don’t keep mobile orders so the people can come in and grab them instead leave them behind a wall leaving the people to wait to ask for their food which is completely not the point of a grab and go mobile order system. You also have to hope the employees aren’t too busy ignoring you standing there to ask for your food. The worst service I’ve ever had at a dunkin. The only redeeming thing is the building is one of the best i’ve been to. The employees were cold and ignored the waiting customers.
