I’m from out of state visiting, I don’t normally do dunkn but this is what was available. I don’t know who thinks it’s okay to ignore customers in the lobby, even under a busy time. No acknowledgment at all for almost 10 minutes. There was a line of us. There was 4 workers. I’m assuming the gal that took our order was the manager, but she was hella rude. To the point of raising her voice at us while ordering. And then I proceeded to order a hot coffee. Just a hot brown sugar espresso. Not the shaken one, make it a hot coffee or a latte. She then argued with me and told me after making my coffee wrong that I couldn’t have a hot coffee that way. I explained to her I’ve never been to this place and I was unsure on how you can make it but I was clear that I wanted a hot coffee. Apparently in her world, it’s not available. When asking her to remake it, she told me no. This is inexcusable work attitude and she makes it a hostile environment. Very disappointed to say the least and won’t ever be back, even when visiting the area.

This location closes at 9pm. Hit the drive thru at 835pm for a frozen coffee but they couldn't make it because they already shut the machine down for the night. If your open til 9pm then you should be able to provide ALL services til 9pm.

While i was entering a man said good look i’ve been waiting 10 minutes to order and they haven’t came yet. At first i shrugged it off but they took my two friend’s orders and then told me they would be with me in a minute. I then waited 20 minutes no order and my friends still didn’t get their food, it wasn’t because they were understaffed there was 6 people behind the counter and in the kitchen. The problem was they were only serving the drive-thru that wasn’t backed up at all. There were 5 cars in the drive-thru, when one left another came in. But you should have people dedicated to the counter as well so they aren’t forgotten or ignored.

Had a bad experience. Started off with a long wait, then they messed mt coffee up and we're weird when I asked them to fix it so I took the messed up drink and drove off as it was a very weird drive thru experience. Ended up going to a completely different dunkin and thankfully the other place fixed my drink but, very unhappy with the experience today at this Waterville location.

Was charged twice for the same drink that was made wrong twice.
One of the employees were very unprofessional. Because we were upset that every time we have been here something is always out. They turned around and said if we didn't like it we can go somewhere else.

Never go here went in with a friend and ordered basically nobody inside waiting over 25 minutes for food and drink. Drink was actually made right but the food was horrible ordered munchkins and everything bagel bites. Told no everything bagel bites even though the kiosk said they had it so given plan .given that and the drink then they walked away and came back like 5 minutes later and was like oh were you waiting for something else and when we said munchkins they said oh we dont have those so you can have one of the few donuts we do have a a chocolate chip muffin. Which mind you were both dry and old I dont recommend going

Workers were dancing and coughing all over the place on drinks and food. I saw a worker put a cup over her mouth and sing into it. Cup fogged up from her breath then she went and made a drink with it. Workers sighed when we ordered. Our drinks sat there for multiple minutes without anyone giving them to us. I had to reach over the counter to grab our drinks because they only gave us the food. I usually like dunkin but wont be coming back to this location.

Can't even make a simple coffee, always run out of cold brew. They made me one today with espresso. Was nasty, not enough cream, and their wasn't any flavoring at all. Came back next day and same thing. Came again week later 6/8 guy in drive thru was very rude. Neither 1 of them said hi or how's your day or anything, no thank you.They didn't even have a donut at 3pm. How tf do you call yourself a donut shop and don't even have donuts
