Was charged twice for the same drink that was made wrong twice.

One of the employees were very unprofessional. Because we were upset that every time we have been here something is always out. They turned around and said if we didn't like it we can go somewhere else.

Never go here went in with a friend and ordered basically nobody inside waiting over 25 minutes for food and drink. Drink was actually made right but the food was horrible ordered munchkins and everything bagel bites. Told no everything bagel bites even though the kiosk said they had it so given plan .given that and the drink then they walked away and came back like 5 minutes later and was like oh were you waiting for something else and when we said munchkins they said oh we dont have those so you can have one of the few donuts we do have a a chocolate chip muffin. Which mind you were both dry and old I dont recommend going

Workers were dancing and coughing all over the place on drinks and food. I saw a worker put a cup over her mouth and sing into it. Cup fogged up from her breath then she went and made a drink with it. Workers sighed when we ordered. Our drinks sat there for multiple minutes without anyone giving them to us. I had to reach over the counter to grab our drinks because they only gave us the food. I usually like dunkin but wont be coming back to this location.

Can't even make a simple coffee, always run out of cold brew. They made me one today with espresso. Was nasty, not enough cream, and their wasn't any flavoring at all. Came back next day and same thing. Came again week later 6/8 guy in drive thru was very rude. Neither 1 of them said hi or how's your day or anything, no thank you.They didn't even have a donut at 3pm. How tf do you call yourself a donut shop and don't even have donuts

Use to enjoy getting my orders through here.the last several times I went inside to order one coffee to go it took 24 minutes to receive.only one other customer inside who was just as upset.all the young employees were doing was talking about the past weekend,what they did.they didn't care who was there.so from now on myself along with others are happy to take our business elsewhere.wont be long the young ones will ruin that place of buisness.

My daughter placed a mobile order, only for me to arrive and find that most of the items weren't available. The employee wanted me to take just a drink, the only thing they had, and couldn’t cancel, refund, or even adjust the total. I refused to accept just the drink after my daughter paid for so much more. A drink for over $9? I think not!
When I asked why the app let her order items they didn’t have, I got a weak excuse about how the app doesn’t sync with store inventory. Every other place I order from blocks out-of-stock items. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. No solutions offered, no accountability, nothing in stock, and no refund.
I stopped going to Dunkin' Donuts when they started overcharging for a coffee.
I'm completely disappointed to see this kind of service or lack thereof. The app has all of her information. Was a courtesy call from the employees, letting her know they were out of everything, too much to ask for? Why wait until someone wastes time and money to come get an order you simply cannot fulfill?

My daughter deserves more than excuses. She deserves her money back and a direct, personally delivered apology from the store owner. Reimbursement for wasted time and gas should also be considered.

The service was absolutely terrible. They had 6-8 workers on and we was standing in line waiting for 20 minutes. And their was somebody working that register. She knee we was there and still it took her 20 minutes. They was having customers walk out because of the wait. I think you need better employees and stop in there unexpectedly and you'll see exactly what I'm saying!!

The drive thru may be slower than continental drift but at least the orders are always wrong too. My significant other holds out hope that one day they may get a correct order but I gave up. At least I always leave the drive thru line in a good mood because you gotta laugh at the absurdity of it. Seriously at least they fixed the crater sized hole in the drive thru, thought I was gonna fall into “The Land of the Lost”.
