Dunkin'

This Dunkin' needs a whole new set of TRAINED employees!! My daughter gets coffee there roughly once a week or so (a little less lately since she's been out of work). She ALWAYS asks for decaffeinated since she has a heart condition and can'thave caffeine. Today, she ordered, the guy was on his phone so she verified with him 3 times that it was decaf. She got home, cup about 1/4 of the way done saying she didn't feel right. Sure enough...it was regular!!! These people are lucky they haven't killed her!!! This is not the first time it's happened either. She's on meds for it, but sometimes even that's not enough and a visit to urgent care or the ER is needed. Needless to say, we are done supporting that store and will make sure all our friends and family know too.

Yesterday at 12 noon I came in and the lady at counter was on her personal cell phone having a personal call the whole time because she was having a conversation while taking my order she got my whole order wrong it took over 20 minutes to make the wrong drink and bagel plus forget my donuts. I watched over 4 people leave tried of waiting to order while she was taking away to her friend about how rhe manger is her friend and she can do what she wants on her one day a week she works. She stayed on the phone the whole time, over 30 mins. The manger came back about 15 min into her making food and never told het to get off the phone he did just ignore it. Normally I wouldn't do review but that was beyond rude, all my food was wrong and I wasn't going to wait another 15-20 min to have made again

Dunkin is pretty good but five bucks for a breakfast sandwich is to much when your eggs are premade and frozen before it hits the grill or microwave I should say. Let's get back to reality about what good really means and what the value of a dollar is.

Waited for 15 minutes before they were set to close. Employee came back exactly at 7 to tell me they closed with no indication they were closed. Not even a paper sign.
