Messed up my drink and my friend's food, but were polite and fixed my drink when I told them about it (we didn't ask to fix the food). One of the staff members angled their phone at me while in the lobby for a few seconds, I'm pretty sure she took a picture of me. Weird and uncomfortable, not amazing servive. Probably will try and go to the other dunkins in the area, and avoid this one.

I have never seen a business fail as bad as this one did. It is Sept. 20th at 11:00 am and I've already been in the drive through now for 20 minutes. I feel worse for the people behind me as the line is now blocking traffic. Nothing is an excuse for this not even poor staffing. Even a poor staffed restaurant can do more than 1 car every ten minutes. Managers please care, please take notice, or just like everywhere else this place is going to lose a lot of business. What's up? Then I got my sandwich. The bacon was brought completely raw.No lie, so go ahead.Make people sick too. On sept 28th tried this location again after all how could it be that bad twice. Wouldn't know waited a half hour then left because I was going to be late full line inside and all I heard was I'm sorry 100 times and arguing between the staff that couldn't keep up. Not to mention at best this place averages 10 min. per drive through customer no exageration. Won't waste my time anymore.
Usually I wouldn’t have anything bad to say about this particular store. But today I went in there and ordered maple sugar snackin bacon I brought it back cause it taste nothing like the maple snackin bacon and the lady wanted to argue with me over the bacon they gave me more bacon and it still taste like reg bacon nothing like the snackin bacon I go there a couple times a week and the lady was very rude because I wanted what I ordered I will be going in and speaking with the manager when he’s back on Saturday I also ordered the same coffee I order every time I go and there employees are so ignorant they don’t even listen to half of what you say I said 3LIQUID SUGAR AND I GOT GRANULATED SUGAR IN A COLD COFFEE! I spent over $30 and did not get the things I specifically ordered!
Throw the food in the bag all the food fell out in the bottom of the bag on top of that so cheap they give u 2 hash browns on the new wrap if I'm already paying so much I should at least get what I payed for they always mess my food and coffee up I'm from Boston this would never happen out there last time I'll be coming here I come every time I visit family like every other week I'll be changing locations

LOVE this one!!!! the one in oakland SUCKS. i had them make my coffee twice and it was awful. and i went up to the one in waterville SO much better!!!!

They gave me the wrong order and when I got my correct order, it was totally burnt to a crisp while somehow cold in the middle.

My order was great, but it took forever for them to take my order and even longer to get my order. I know things aren't instant, but for a coffee shop, it was way too slow, in my opinion.

As a manager you should probably be a little less rude and a little more welcoming to customers. In the drive thru and in store instead of making them feel like they are an inconvenience or that ordering more then one thing is like a tragedy to you. I think you should look to your employees for some role modeling because I have never been treated like that in this store except by “the person in charge”
