Firehouse Subs Waterville Commons

I’m disappointed in this company and how it’s being ran. They have teens running the store at night without proper supervision, the store isn’t cleaned properly and management fires people for having proper documentation of medical absences. This is a joke of a company and the prices of these sandwiches are also ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend them at all!

Got a steak sub, people there were nice enough, but for the amount I paid for this sub I thought the meat was well below average. The customer service person here told me to contact an A.I. online but I don't really see how they're going to improve the price to quality of the meat ratio. Sometimes you need to accept that your product is over priced compared to a lot of locally owned places I'd rather spend my money at than a big chain that isn't all they think they are.

So I placed an order today online. Steak and cheese with No cheese(remove) w/ Salt n pepper. Got a steak and cheese with peppers not pepper, and onions somehow. Not sure how because there was a sticker that had initials that DB double checked the order was right and it was DB didn’t or needs to be properly trained. not cool to waste money and throw it in the trash.

The soda dispenser needs a deep cleaning at this location. The food is incredible. The employees are helpful and kind. I would definitely go back.

Not very many places have good gluten free bread. My girlfriend said it was the best gluten free sub she's ever had. We both got the signature Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket (mine on white bread) and I thought the brisket was very tender sliced very thin with cheddar and there bbq sauce, also i felt like all the flavors went very well together. When i first walked in it smelt detectable to the point where i knew even for the first time going that i wasnt going to regret ordering there. Everyone was very friendly and greated me after walking in. They were doing great for orders coming in there apps and with orders walking in. Will definitely be going there again. I also highly recommend stopping in if your by the Waterville Walmart.

I had a 7 sandwich order nothing came correct. No cheese no peppers wrong bread . No sauce. Terrible. Paid alot of money for sandwiches and they were all incorrect. And they were the wrong sizes paid for larges got mediums

Tried for the first time. Will be back again.
