Everyone is so friendly and really wants you to have the best experience. They greet you when you enter the building, make sure they understand your order, ask appropriate questions, then repeat your order back to you to double check for accuracy, the food is immediately made freshly right before you, they call your name, and you pick up the order that was made especially for you. Everything is delicious and just right! They are always polite considerate, and ask how you are, too.

Very disappointing first time here. I've always heard great things about this place, but after tonight, I'll never order from here again. Given the prices, I expected so much more than we received. The meatballs are mushy and taste reheated. They failed to put extra marinara, so the sandwich was extremely dry and just unpleasant. My husband got a brisket sandwich, which was missing bbq sauce and was still dry even with the fact that there was mayo on it. Walking in was super awkward because everyone in the establishment, customers and workers, stopped what they were doing to stare as we walked to the counter to get our order. The person who gave us the order was very courteous, but that doesn't save the experience.

We normally love this sub shop, we were so excited to be able to make it there in time, and arrived 20 minutes before closing and saw the employees running to the back when they saw us coming and the door was locked. Any recommendations on other sub shops in the area are welcomed!

I've been here before and had previously not had problems looking up their menu online. Now I need to give them my location to even look at a menu. Make me select a location by all means, but don't try to demand my location to see a menu.

i love this place and the people they know me by name and what i order because of seeing me off and on my favorite is turkey bacon ranch i always order that love firehouse subs!!!!!!!!!!!

Firehouse has never once 'wow'd' me with really anything. The food isn't great, the service is varied depending on who's working.. I recently ordered a $120 catering plate for a gathering across the street. The bread was soggy by the time I got back to my meeting. I ordered an assortment of chips and got 10 bags of plain lays chips when they had racks with various kinds.

Really lack luster.
