Entire waitress staff was not friendly and below satisfactory to say the least and the food gave me explosive diarrhea.

Not enough staff to handle all the customers.
Manager just walked around on his cell phone not helping at all.
Ordered sunny side up was served with one yolk broken and skinned over because breakfast was under heat lamp far too long. The part that pisses me off is about the manager not helping.

This was a great place and a great experience! Neat place with a robust menu of typical favorites and some nice weekly specials. We had a party 6 and the place was hopping so I sat with my 2 boys while the others sat at the table next to us. The server was spectacular and the the food was cooked perfect. Great portions too! The value was spot on the the icing on the cake was the 6 peanut butter balls from the bakery that we took to go. We will be back for sure!

Had the double plate. Scallops were excellent, clam tenders were 80% breading, I had to pry most of it off to taste the clams. Salad & slaw were also great.

We loved this comfort food restaurant. Hot rolls with whipped butter. I had a lobster roll with a cup of lobster bisque. My wife had the pot roast with mashed potatoes made from redskin potatoes. We topped it off with a delicious piece of cake.
The Governor's restaurant should be on your must visit list.
