I saw a post about a person bragging on their dagwoods and they was spot on!! I haven't had a Dagwood like this since the 70's!! Old fashion pocket bread and loaded!! So satisfied with it!! 5 stars for Juliettes!!

Convenient place to grab a sandwich and some yummy baked goods in Waterville, with absolutely wonderful staff and service, in a convenience store that's half dedicated to the baking process and half dedicated to quick eats - premade, some fruit, lots of drinks and chips, etc. The sandwich was functional, the baked goods were awesome. No place to eat, it's takeout only.

Came in Monday July 17th ordered a chicken salad on a basil wrap Italian style dressed up oh my God it is so bloody good by far the best chicken salad I've had in a very long time. Definitely Hidden Gem kitchen and areas are always clean it needs to be more recognized

Tried their homemade chili that was good so so on the price, but tasty. This review is for the pizza, added way to much cheese ended up with a greasy mess unfortunately borderline unedible. On top of the 16in pie for $19 they charge a $1 per side of ranch and $0.80 per side of kraft parmesan. I will be trying more menu items and update review as necessary for now chili yum and pizza is a no go!

Juliette's is a hidden gem, tucked away on Ticonic Street in the North End of Waterville.This place is always spotless and all food prep/cooking/baking areas are fully visible.Her baked goods are top notch and the sandwiches are the best in town. Super friendly staff and offering extensive menu choices which they will gladly alter to your liking.Everything is always fresh and super delish! During the summer you'll often see tomatoes from her garden ripening on the counters :p .There's no skimping either- the Italians and dagwoods are overflowing with delightful goodness. I love the chicken salad here: it's chicken and mayo, no funky relish or other weird mix-ins.Not only is this a place for getting fantastic deli-bakery-sandwich-pizza items there are well stocked corner market goods available.Go. Now. You will not regret it!
