As a doordasher, this is my least favorite store in town to deliver for in the entire town. Terrible food, terrible service, and workers that dont care about their drivers or customers. Today was my last straw- after waiting over 20+ minutes in the drive through (for which I am not paid for my time) they told me that the order which should have been complete more than 15 minutes ago was not even started. They then asked me to pull to the back of the line AGAIN so I could be financially penalized AGAIN for their mistake. Absolutely they do not care about the people in their drive through, and they locked the lobby early so that we cannot use it. They do not care about the food, service, customers, anything. Go to Applebee's for their wings, at least they apologize for a 20 minute wait...

So very dirty. I didnt eat the food. I decided I didn't think it was a good idea. No service at the front counter they were all at the back. Took several minutes to be waited on. The lady passed me my food on a tray. It was so greasy went ro the rest room to wash. I left after that toilets were overflowing. Never to return there again

Price paid $40. Paid for two large potatoes and only got one thing of gravy? Coleslaw was disgusting, like it was left out or past expiration. And chicken tasted old and chemical-like. Wife and I had food poisoning and ruined our night/day. Wouldn’t recommend eating here

So tired of paying big money for chicken and get the wrong order. Order original recipe and get extra crispy. Order mashed potatoes with gravy, no gravy. Want 10 minutes in the drive thru just to get hone and nothing what was ordered. So sick of kfc not packing what's ordered. Thus happens all the time. I hate extra crispy. I go there for original recipe!

Was ripped off at this location. Screwed up my online order. Cost me twice as much and was missing several items. Asked for a refund and was rudely told to call corporate. NEVER AGAIN! SWITCHING TO POPEYES.

If this could be a zero it would be. They messed up our order 3 times then the employee began to SCREAM at us through the drive through.
Ordered online with option to use a coupon for free bucket of chicken with $15+ purchase minimum. Though it put me through the process to choose bone in chicken and tenders, it did not end up showing on receipt at the end. Thought since it was free it may have only been sent to the restaurant to be seen. Get to the kfc and it hadn't shown up for them. Was told to try and cancel order and place again(not an option online). They weren't able to honor the coupon for the free item. Said there may be a glitch with the online ordering. Then the girl in the front went through the whole order to see if all was in there. It was, but the biscuits were smashed to pieces. Like seriously WTH. Never again!

Went through the drive-through sat for almost 15 minutes, went around and went to go in this restaurant. Was told that even though they open at 10, they were technically not open because they didn’t have any cash in the cash register. If You are supposed to open at 10 be open and ready to go at 10

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH After waiting over an hour for our food, this KFC decided to inform the door dash driver that they're actually out of chicken and wouldn't be fulfilling our order. They never actually cancelled the order, so I had to contact door dash customer support. Customer support was unable to get in contact with KFC and ended up refunding our money.
