If this could be a zero it would be. They messed up our order 3 times then the employee began to SCREAM at us through the drive through.

Ordered online with option to use a coupon for free bucket of chicken with $15+ purchase minimum. Though it put me through the process to choose bone in chicken and tenders, it did not end up showing on receipt at the end. Thought since it was free it may have only been sent to the restaurant to be seen. Get to the kfc and it hadn't shown up for them. Was told to try and cancel order and place again(not an option online). They weren't able to honor the coupon for the free item. Said there may be a glitch with the online ordering. Then the girl in the front went through the whole order to see if all was in there. It was, but the biscuits were smashed to pieces. Like seriously WTH. Never again!

Went through the drive-through sat for almost 15 minutes, went around and went to go in this restaurant. Was told that even though they open at 10, they were technically not open because they didn’t have any cash in the cash register. If You are supposed to open at 10 be open and ready to go at 10

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH
After waiting over an hour for our food, this KFC decided to inform the door dash driver that they're actually out of chicken and wouldn't be fulfilling our order. They never actually cancelled the order, so I had to contact door dash customer support. Customer support was unable to get in contact with KFC and ended up refunding our money.

Ordered $30 worth of food and they missed a entire meal, and the Mexican pizza looked like it was thrown all over the place and wasn't made right, tacos had little to no beef but a ton of lettuce and drenched in sour cream and were cold and broken shells.. went back and they said they were all out of what we ordered and refunded entire order instead of remaking it.. worst experience ever.. always messing up orders.. all staff looked high as hell even the manager.. 5 employees on shift and still managed to screw up the order..

Lots of times they have no ice and do not tell the customer. I am at the drive thru now and it's 10:05, no sevice yet and they open at 10:00. Only come here if it's your only option.

They didn’t have some of our meal (hot chicken) and couldn’t offer a refund. Pretty sure that’s theft but whatever. Because they couldn’t refund the food they didn’t have that we ordered and they took our money for - we got substitutes (and they costs less but of course they couldn’t refund that either). The woman had the WORST attitude from the second she told us she couldn’t give us our food like WE had done something wrong (guess you shouldn’t order food from them or something because it’s an inconvenience?) and we honest were very polite and graceful and told her we were sorry she had been stuck there since 9 am (it was 8 pm and she complained that she had been there all day) and told her thank you even though we were the ones that had our money stolen for food we didn’t receive. THEN after getting the food we did order, and the lower cost replacements - it was wrong and more items were left out. 🤦‍♀️ We went back in and the guy said they just didn’t have it. End of story. No refund. That’s absolutely theft.
