My friend & I were both disappointed. We hadn't been here for years & were looking forward to what we remembered. You used to be able get a dish of gravy & a dish of coleslaw & a butter packet & a wet one packet in your box of chicken. We were told no coleslaw was available . They are no longer putting it in boxes altho it was advertised. And your mashed potatoes & gravy come together as a side. It no long comesin your box
Food was alright, definitely made wrong but no major complaints. It seemed the one in charge was very rude, hostile, and passive aggressive not only to customers but to employees. There was also a broken light that I sat under not realizing; a bit of a safety hazard if you ask me. There should be a sign that says not to sit there.
This place is horrible. Things are broken in the soda machine. The restroom stinks badly
Portions are out of this world ! So little for such price.
Thanks to Billy and his great customer service in such bad work environment. He has such a pleasant approach to bad situations that he is the reason why I'm leaving 3 stars. Hopefully, management will read this and give Billy a raise or gift card for gus service!
