I came into this McDonald's at 8:25 and wanted to order 2 breakfast burritos. I was told they didn't have anyone to roll them.i didn't realize it takes a special skill set to roll a burrito. I ended up ordering 1 sausage mcmuffin. It took 15 minutes for them to prepare it (8:40) and it was warm at best. Worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald's

We frequent this McDs because my daughter likes the play place. Generally, it's typical of any McDs,although sometimes incredibly slow. It was busy today, but not exceptionally so. I ordered two burgers, one fry and one drink for my daughter and I to share. One of the hamburgers was plain, no bun, with tomato and lettuce (which I was charged extra for). I ordered this on the app, so it literally 100% removes human error in taking the order. It took a good 20 mins to get the order, which was OK to an extent. My daughter can't have dairy or wheat, so the plain burger was for her. We'll, she received a double CHEESE burger on a bun with mustard and ketchup. I can remove a bun and condiments but not all the melted cheese off the meat. I gave the establishment some grace and instead of complaining, I just ordered another one. IT TOOK AN HOUR FOR ANOTHER BURGER AND IT TOO WAS INCORRECT WITH CHEESE! My four year old was so hungry and literally couldn't eat anything I had (she ate some fries, but they also have some wheat in them, so couldn't eat too many). While waiting for said burger, there were people that had come in from the drive thru asking for refunds because they had been waiting so long and people returning food that was either not as they ordered or completely the wrong thing (one women was returning nuggets because she ordered a burger). Complete disaster. I gave them 2 stars, because this isn't always an issue, but generally speediness is not great here anyways.

She got a happy meal tonight and she got on her last nugget and told me she found a bone. I would’ve never thought that I would even be sitting here making this post definitely will never ever order food from here again Hands-down this was the worst most scariest thing mother would ever have to go through

Although the restrooms were clean, there was a stall out of toilet paper. I went back 45 minutes later and it was still out of paper. I ordered a hot and spicy McChicken with no lettuce, plus tomatoes, plus EXTRA pickles. (They don't come with pickles, but the options were light, regular, and extra, I chose extra). When I got my sandwich, there was one big pickle and one tiny pickle. If that is extra, then what is light? What is regular? Everything else was correct. I took it back to the counter, and the very nice young lady behind the counter obliged to remake the sandwich, although I would have just taken an extra pickle or two and ate my sandwich. So they remade my sandwich, and it had lettuce, no tomato.
So I took it up again and was very understanding because it was a little busy, and she sweetly offered to have it remade. I heard her call out the correct order to the kitchen, and it still came back with lettuce. I said nothing. I just went and picked the lettuce off and ate my sandwich Let my kids play in the very clean and fun play place. Then we left.
I called after the lunch rush times were over so I could speak with somebody in management to let them know that the sandwich had to be remade twice and was still incorrect, and they totally brushed me off. That is not okay.
If they would have just taken me a little more seriously on the phone maybe asked a couple questions, that would have at least portrayed that they cared their food isn't coming out correctly.
If they would have just made the sandwich correct in the first place, that would have been ideal. I was super nice and understanding. I still am! There's probably young people working there, they're busy, it's okay. I understand!
I just wanted to let anybody else know if you visit this place, these are things that happen. You're welcome.

Asked for extra onions on my burgers and got no onion and meat that is dry and old and i can't eat i spent enough on my dinner and I get food I have to throw away and it's not the first time this has happened other then that not a problem was quick and got my food

Today around 11:45am the drive thru lady (on the hefty side) had a real bad attitude!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! We simply let her know my ice coffee was wrong and with very bad attitude she said "well that's how they put it in!" Not only once she said it twice letting her know... Um OK and um no excuse me we simply let you know it was wrong.. no attitude needed lady!!! I get the stress if it was wicked busy but it wasn't even that busy, that's why we stopped. So McDonald's management you really need to have your employees take a class on manners and customer service 🤦🏻♀️😒

My son can’t have gluten products so we got him a happy meal but asked for two fries and apple slices with a chocolate milk they charged us 14 dollars for it ridiculous. He can’t help an allergy mind u potatoes are cheaper lol 😂 they weren’t gonna give him a toy because it wasn’t a true happy meal my husband went up there and we got the toy. My husband was big mad and I couldn’t even speak to them because I was even angrier. I gave this place two stars because my son at least had fun on the play house.

My husband stopped and to get 2 spicy mcchicken, 2 chicken big macs, and 2 large fries to bring home and when we went to eat them they had nothing on. It was just the with mccrispy chicken, no sauce, lettuce, no nothing on the mcchicken. I could have made that at home for a lot less. NEVER EATING AT MCDONALDS AGAIN. All the food was flat and tasteless and not worth the $38.00 the was charged for it.
