Ordered two double cheese with no pickel and a medium fry. Got home and they had pickel on them. Then I went to return it and the lady took the slip and run the order in and I had to wait awhile for the food. It should have been fixed and prioritized but I had to wait for everyone else to get there food.

Had a great time at this location. Service was prompt when ordering our food. Delivery was speedy from the time ordered. We had our food before a 3yr old and 2 one year Olds got bored! Tables were clean! Bathroom was clean! Baby changing station was clean.Playland was busy with other customers that were clearly satisfied. Clean in play area. My grandchildren had a blast with full bellies!Parking: Plenty of parking on both sides of the building!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Was able to access high chairs for the two little ones that came with me. Noticed several more being used and a few left open clean and ready. Play area clean tidy full of children laughing and playing.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access on both sides of building and in play area!

Associate came through to get a shake and four sandwiches.Two of the sandwiches were two spicy chickens with extra sauce, and came with barely any. We called and asked them if they could fix such, woman on phone said she remembered the order and that we didn't need the receipt or food back. Came in and the manager said in a poor tone "again time" that we had to bring in the reciept or food as proof.We come back home and I look at the shake, and notice brown at the bottom of the shamrock shake. I think about it, and either they completely messed up which shake and remembered after pouring chocolate or something in it, then tried to pass it off without issue or the cup was dirty.Both of those are issues.Make sure you're crew is not answering the phone if you do not trust how they respond to customer issues.Chicken was replaced but with attitude.Over all poor service.

Usually the food here is always fresh and good not this time the fries were old and cold the cheese on the cheeseburger wasn't even melted it was cold one pickle on the very edge of the bun like it was running away. I'm here alot this was an isolated incident. The staff here is always friendly nice clean
