Horrible customer service. Had to pull ahead and wait 15 mins for 1 burger. They're supposed to give you a free coupon if they pull you ahead but never do. The manager Lilly is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Snobby attitude, definitely shouldn't be a manager

It's like they didn't even try. I've always made food for people and if it doesn't look like something I would eat, I wouldn't serve it. It doesn't take a lot of effort to just try to make sure everything makes it on the sandwich. Try just a tiny bit harder.

New girl took my order, clearly stated i would like the 2 Sausage McGriddles for $3.33 & just the Hotcakes! Total came to $20 something. Scanned my coupon, that didn’t work on their end. So my price stayed the same. Looked at my receipt Charged me almost $12 for the 2 McGriddles. I asked why when it states 2 for $3.33 Manager came over was Rude from the jump. I wasn’t even mean or anything to the new girl. Bc i understand being in that position! Manager stated “some people are just not understanding” at the end of the bank account says I’ve paid almost $30 bucks for an order that should’ve been $12.00 something. When asking when i will be refunded, she answered while turning her back to me, walking away saying it will be in 5-7 business days! Just not happy at all!
It was really good. I had the barbecue spare rib sandwich.

Typical fast food experience. Not remarkable. Quick in and out typically. I'd recommend using the drive thru. Convenient to the freeway.
