We ate here four times on our trip. First it was out of convenience being right in the hotel, but the second night because the food was really great. First night we had appetizers and salad. The salad had loads of fresh veggies including snap peas and yellow tomatoes. Quesadillas were packed with peppers, onions, and grilled chicken. And chicken wings were crispy and served with chunky blue cheese and carrots and celery. Next night we had burgers and a chicken steak that was also...
Came hear tired and hungry late at night and diana at o'briens tavern had great service was fun to laugh with and overall the best waiter ive ever had every time i come to waterville i will be trying to stop by. Thank you diana
We use the Colby room yearly for our fantasy football live Draft and the food is always amazing! We have the same gentleman that waits on us all. Brings us the food right to the colby room! Great service and great food! Look foward to this every year! Thank you all!
