Fangtastic service! The staff is friendly and made conversation while I waited for my drink, mainly about my BG3 pins. The gingerbread chai was really good and was made quickly. This is a cozy and great Starbucks location. Y'all are doing a great job, take some short rests when you guys can :)

Huge shout out to the employee Annie, she deserves everything! My card kept declining even though I just got a new one last week and I was already having a not so great day. While I stepped aside to call my bank she came up to me and told me “your all set I paid for you, have a great day.” made me want to cry right there, she’s a blessing and it’s the little things that matter to me.🫶🏻

I don’t understand how you can sit in a semi- empty restaurant and wait for 20 minutes while mobile orders are processed all around- terrible customer experience

I really hope this review is directly seen by the manager currently working at this Starbucks. I want to emphasize as much as possible that the service I received today (10/25/2025) around 6pm-7:30pm was the best I have ever gotten. The three girls working at the time went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of promptly. They even made time to leave an extremely well written message on the cup. This customer service is irreplaceable and I’d expect a raise for all of them! If anybody was to leave a poor review regarding these workers at this business, I’d highly believe it’s the customer who’s at fault, not the staff at this development.

I was waiting in line at the waterville starbucks and they were busy as coukd be and i belive must of been the manger on charge but her name tag said stacey wanted to give a shot out she was making sure people was getting there orders running around making sure everyone had what they needed and helping them fill anything they needed she also was telling everyone great job and ur doing great it was awesome to see people actually helping each other and not just yelling at there employees and begin rude amazing job

Waited forever and the place was empty. They were out of half of the things I wanted ti order. Got a strawberry acai refresher with more water than anything else. No strawberries in it, but lots of attitude from the barista though.

Mila at the Waterville, ME Starbies is hands down amazing! 🤩 She recognizes our voices and order every time and has since the second time we ordered! She makes sure our order is perfect and has such a positive vibe. We definitely miss her when she’s not working when we go. Fabulous service and always with a smile and friendly spirit. 😁

Great coffee as expected. Its been a while since I've been here. I ordered a Grande Iced Mocha Latte with an extra shot. It was $7.86. Sure it was tasty, but not for 8 bucks. I'll be sticking to home brew.

I had one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered my usual Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher (Venti, extra ice, blended, peach juice blend, strawberry purée, 1 scoop dragonfruit inclusions, splash of green tea). It’s a complicated drink, but I’ve ordered it countless times without any issues—normally through the app. Unfortunately, the app wasn’t working this time, so I went through the drive-thru.

The person taking my order seemed annoyed right away, almost like I was a problem just for ordering. I was speaking a little fast because I knew my drink had a lot of modifications, but the barista’s attitude made me feel rushed and unwelcome. When I finally got my drink, it was flat-out disgusting. It literally tasted like SOAP. Not slightly off, not poorly made—soap. It honestly made me wonder if it was some kind of prank because no drink should come out tasting like that.

I waited nearly 25 mins today. Venti iced shaken with an extra shot, splash of milk. They did not get the extra shot, and it was a cup of milk with espresso. Before I left I asked “is this just a splash?” She lied, and said yes. I looked at the sticker on my drink and it just said milk. No extra shot. We have kids, we have a long out of state drive, we pay a lot for this and it’s so frustrating when these drinks are not what we pay and wait for.
