Although some recent staffing issues have challenged the early morning openings, the crew that IS consistently there for my 6am visits couldn't be more wonderful. I'm pretty simple with my coffee order, and it's always guaranteed to be quick, consistent, and served with a smile despite the busy drive through, and near constant pick ups for app orders and delivery. As coffee prices are set to soar thanks to the new import tax War on foreign goods, I'm pretty happy knowing my daily purchase is going to a decent company and the hardworking team at this convenient location.

Yet again there are no signs posted and the doors are locked. no social media post or Google listing update to an explanation as why. I’m just gonna stop coming here at least aroma joes unlocks their doors.
They have been out of everything recently.

The last two times that I've gone through the drive-thru, the lady at the counter was taking in someone else's order while she was rather aggressively handing me my order almost 'shooing' me away from the counter.
Food quality is pretty standard of most Starbucks, just those few interactions left a bad taste.

Take note in case you want both coffee and a bathroom. They have closed the cafe and only have a drive thru.

They are closing their lobby all the time again.
I m from out of town for few days in Waterville and Starbucks is not hard to find. Ordered from App and pick it up
However, my americano on the second day tasted a bit burnt

Wether they are open or closed is always a gamble. When they are open they run out of stuff and there is a long wait. Everything costs to much to compensate for the trouble

On my visit to Maine, my only Starbies option as this is Dunkin country. Unfortunately I have to deal with a 3 star experience. Noon, out of ice coffee, out of cold brew... they suggested an iced Americano and charged me for Iced Americanos even though ice coffee is $2 less. Dissapointing.

We've been going here quite a few times since we moved to Maine all the way from New York so we know good coffee, I would say that they do a better job at this Starbucks then all the ones in New York state, Connecticut and New Jersey combined. Just want to say thank you very much you have amazing staff and you should treat them right and give them a raise! The coffee and service here is superb and so friendly too.
