Sunrise has the best bagels in central Maine. Their sandwiches are awesome, too. The Hathaway and Sherwin are personal favorites. The Kennebec is the best pork roll you’ll find north of Jersey.

Decent food, waited about 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches that weren't even remotely warm. That's with there only being a couple people ahead of us in line, with at least six employees behind the counter.This isn't rocket science. You're better off going to Bagelmania, or making your own breakfast. Food isn't good enough to justify the hassle, especially since it's not even warm enough to eat. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. But hey, they've got porkroll at least.

Great bagels!! I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches better than bagel mania in Augusta, if I may be so bold. Sunrise, puts melted butter on the outside of the bagels, not dry, perfect, thank you!!!!

Wow! We wanted to switch it up from Big G's and this was great! For the first time ever, I wanted to call the place and tell them how much I loved eating that sandwich (while still in the car). I got a 207, I think I'd read about it before and who knew egg salad could taste that good with such simple ingredients? I think that is their secret. It's a relatively simple menu and their ingredients are high quality and have lots of flavor. My partner got the Kennebec (a simple breakfast bagel sandwich, he chose Pork Roll) and the egg was cooked perfectly for the sandwich. It's not the cleanest car eating, but you can get napkins and the sandwiches are wrapped in paper, cut in half, and then aluminum cover. This is the first time I've ever noticed a bunch of college kids also patronizing a place, which also seems like a good sign. It's also cheaper than Sand Hill Bagels. Service was lovely and the owner (I think) is running the register and he makes it feel very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Check out the new Augusta location! The location is clean, great pricing, and fast service. The bagels and bagel sandwiches are delicious. They also make gluten free and dairy free cookies and other baked goods.

Fantastic food with friendly faces. The location is much too small for the traffic. Most of the time, you're waiting outside or shoulder to shoulder with strangers inside. Otherwise, it's my favorite bagels in Central Maine.
