Online says closes at 8 and sign on door said 7Update cause I finally got to go it’s a cute place just upset I drove an hour and a half for the door to say 7 and the open sign was off so I drove 3 hours for nothing now to find out they were open and I should’ve just tried to open the door even though the open sign wasn’t on

My daughter and I treat ourselves to a sweet treat and her favorite has always been sweet frog ?. The new Waterville location is more about the sweet frog experience instead of the pit stop while shopping over in the commons. I feel a better set up could've worked more proactively. Instead of crossing thru the line your waiting or waited in to get to the seated section. The assembly line is backwards to me. That's all for me. Other than that your still amazing. Weight adds up fast for sure. But if it were any place I'd pay about the same and get what I get. There's nothing better than custom anything. Food art any of our life's creations. Well played SF

We have been there twice hoping for no sugar added and both times they had none! So I ate my ice cream in front of my husband as he cannot have sugar! They do not answer phone ad I tried many times to ck before we went!! There will not be a 3rd!!!!!

Very rude staff, talked with manager she hung up on me not very professional! My daughter and two friends went in and attempted to get ice cream, the machines were not working very well and they asked the girl working she got the manager and the manager told the girls that the ice cream is like that because it wasn’t all the way frozen and it will be a few hours before it is. So the girls asked if they could throw their cups away and they weighed them and charged them for the ice cream that wasn’t frozen. I will never go there or recommend them to my worse enemy! You shouldn’t charge for bad product, or be rude when questioned about it!!!

They have been advertising “ Dine In Now Available “ and it’s posted on their sites....Yet, we went today and left child in tow. No INSIDE DINING....when we asked all 3 employees standing there “ where were the inside tables, they said we don’t have any, it’s not allowed “ . I asked why, are you advertising Open for inside dining service ? Answer, We don’t know.....Owners : Falsely Advertising Is Not Okay I’ll take him to Dairy Queen ....saves money, I know they know what they are doing.
