I’m giving this place 3 stars because every single time I go here they mess up my order and forget things. That is the only reason for 3 stars. The food has never been bad, but i wish they’d check the orders better before handing them over to the customer.

Just pulled up to Taco Bell at 12:47 am on way home from camp and they says they closed at 12 but hours online say 2am

Started by ordering at the self kiosk and the employee forgot my cup and when I asked she seems sassy back to me for asking. After getting my food we sat down and they had forgotten tomatoes on one taco and the beef on another additionally the cinnamon twists were rock hard. We could have looked past all that however there were two older gentleman who came into the store one waited for help for about 10 minutes and the store was not busy then attempted to use the self service kiosk and eventually managed. The other older gentleman was given service after while and he had specifically stated he did not want a drink however the employee rang him up for one and charged him for it when attempting to hand him the cup he said he didn’t want one and the employee said ok and put it back the customer then said did you charge me for it and she said yeah of course the customer then took the cup and got his drink we left shortly after.

Of you are going to be open till 2am and but not the lobby you need to lock the lobby doors. It is rude to have people be told that the lobby isn't open and the can only do mobile order and drive thru when ur doors are unlocked. There is no signs up till you go inside either. This is basically customer service and unsafe for the workers. I understand not always being able to have your lobby open. But put a sign on the doors not the registers and lock the doors

They dont even know how to roll a burrito when that's half their dang job. The beans were so watery it looked like mud. I ordered it grilled and they only grilled half? How do you even manage that? They have bad attitudes and the manager is a very rude woman.

When you ask and pay for extra cheese... All good? Not so much when the mini bag of tortilla chips is mostly the small bits from the bottom of the container. Sigh. Cheesey fingers, lol!
