Nikos Waterville House of Pizza

I really enjoy your food and think you run a great business. However, I recently learned that one of your delivery drivers is a registered sex offender. As a mother, this makes me extremely uncomfortable and I can’t safely order delivery anymore — I can only do pickup. I wanted to bring this to your attention because it’s not only a safety concern for families like mine, but also a major liability and a really risky business practice. It puts children in a vulnerable position, and that’s something that can’t be ignored. I truly hope this is something you’ll take seriously and address.

My wife and I dined in last Friday evening. We ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken and a lighty cooked mushroom cheese steak. The salad was very tasty and delicious. The cheese steak came out cold and overcooked. The line at the counter was too long so there was no way to take it back. The sandwich was tough and hard to eat more than a few bites. I also oberved one of the delivery drivers return to the shop, go back to the kitchen and help with his next order without hand washing or gloves.

Workers were smoking cigarettes in the restaurant, and pizza smelled like cigarettes. So disgusting and unacceptable!! Do not recommend.

Absolute 5 star experience every time. The service is wonderful, the food is delicious, the portion sizes are incredible, and it’s a very cute place on the inside. I’ve made it my goal to try every section of the menu at least once! If you’re looking for good food, I’d definitely recommend this restaurant. ❤️

My father is a regular and here, and it has, in turn, made us regulars as well. The staff is always nice and the food is always good. My dad gets his regulars pretty often, but because their food is so good, he's branched out and tried a couple of other dishes. Definitely suggest this place.

The cashier was very nice and pleasant. But our food only tasted like black pepper. The chicken Alfredo looked like it had grill marks, but it was actually pepper. The steak and cheese had no cheese, but an abundance of pepper. First and only time I am eating here.

Food was delivered faster than we were told; was fresh, hot, and tasted great! If you haven't been here since new ownership I highly recommend giving them another try! They have our business! Thanks Niko’s WHOP!
