Drive thru is very, very slow. All times of day. Morning, lunch, and evening. Waited a half hour when it wasn’t even that busy, and didn’t even get all of what I ordered. If you wait that long in line you just want what you order. And the guy running the cash register through the drive thru didn’t seem to know what he was doing, so paying took a very long time. And that was just the last time I visited. One time I went I ordered regular nuggets and I got spicy nuggets. Same thing happened to my ex. After waiting in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes, we had to go in the restaurant and get the correct order, hence waiting some more. The time before I had reward points for free fries on my Wendy’s app, and the lady didn’t know how to enter it, so she just kinda told me “too bad, sorry,” and I paid for the full meal. I mean, it’s Wendy’s food. That’s about all I have to say. Just maybe think again if you hit up this Wendy’s, or at least plan on waiting for your food for a very, very long time. I don’t live close to this Wendy’s, so I don’t go often, but when I do, something usually seems to go wrong…😵💫
Edit: Went again tonight….the staff had no idea how to use the Wendy’s payment code, and my ex didn’t get a spoon with his frosty, and he ordered a BLT and didn’t get any bacon on it.

The sandwich I ordered was so dry I couldn't stomach finishing it. The drive-thru time was ridiculous and they forgot every spoon and straw. I went in to grab the forgotten things and 2 of the staff members acted appalled that I was requesting 6 spoons for the 6 frostys I had literally just ordered. Weird. No thanks.

All our food was mashed. The buns were more akin to pancakes and it was literally so dry. The potato was undercooked somehow and it was just not the best experience I've had at a Wendy's. Was very disappointed

Super rude blonde girl working here. Young girl with long blonde hair and glasses was rude because the store closed early. She didn't like when I ask but you close at midnight and it's not midnight. Closing early is fine but there is no reason to be rude. Also when they closed early they forgot to shut off DoorDash so there were still orders coming in and dashers trying to pick them up. She was extremely rude for no reason.
good afternoon for those who can have it cause for us it was horrible due to wendy’s. unfortunately, i ordered 4 burgers and i only received 3, i tried to reach the restaurant and the intermediary (uber eats) they rejected my petition, sadly we are hungry and we want our burger, at least it would be nice if we could receive the money or the burger (baconator). 3/4 thank you, like the order you gave us.

We stopped here on way to Orono Friday. The food was so good! Two of us got salads which were absolutely amazing for fast food. My son got a double cheeseburger and fries and all of the food was very good. The restaurant was clean and staff was helpful.
